I will have to see if I have this edition. I do have the
first.
I still believe that Helaman 1 is a a type and shadow for events yet to
unfold. I see it as Clinton (Pahoran) refusing to resign and Paanchi
resembling Perot - v. 7 - but not to the extent as to do the things of v 8. The
type and shadow is here, nevertheless. Perot did recently "gather
with those people who were desirous that he should (have been) their governor
(president)" and did speak out against Clinton and urged him to
resign.
Pecumeni (Bush) is not heard of after the election, just as he
is only mentioned in v. 3. There it is, the three players of our last
election for the governor (President) of this land.. A faction of people are, or
will soon be in rebellion.
Kishkumen (an assassin) comes from a conspiratorial group
(Insiders, British Royalty - Prince Albert, Bilderbergers, Democrat leadership,
Secret Service, CIA, or whomever) that wants Clinton out of the way.
Hagoth's ships of Alma 63 and the particular event of vs. 7 - 8 seem to fit TWA
Flight 800 pretty well. It was on a flight "northward" to
Switzerland and its occupants' bodies were "drowned in the sea."
The timeframe fits closer to current events subsequent to the election of
'96. The Challenger disaster occurred years before.
The "innumerable army of men" carrying hand weapons of v. 14 can fit
the innumerable army of men found in Red China who have free access to our
ports. Red Chinese ships are now able to dock at our ports without any
inspection at
all.
v. 18. "Much contention and...difficulty in government" is not just
over the Clinton crisis and assassination, but is compounded by other
events. Perhaps multiple assassinations of Gore and Gingrich, and who know
who else. A well placed bomb by Muslim/Heathen (Lamanite) fanatics, for
example, can do a lot of damage and cost the lives of many of our elected
officials. There were "not..sufficient guards." The
nation is also in turmoil as a result of economic collapse, depression and
rioting. And the effects of Y2K are rampant. Electricity is
virtually non existant. Our nations guard is down. Over 2000 nuclear
missiles have been fired from Russia's bases and submarines, which did not have
the capability to compensate for the Y2K embedded chip problems in their
computer and first strike launch programs. The missiles hit targets all over the
northern hemisphere. The USA is hit the hardest. All on the last day
of 1999, as it is 16 - 24 hours ahead of our time in Russia. Of worthy
note, Nostradomus predicted a world war commencing July 1999.
Meantime, 3 Nephi 21 events have kicked in. Preparation among
"the remnant of Jacob" has already started. Information to be
presented at another time.
