Lance,
I apologize for neglecting to answer you. I intended to, but it got put too far on the back burner (buried in my inbox).
I have purposely chosen not to give a lot of energy to this recent controversy spurred by J.J. regarding me. I have posted about three things on the subject, which I will forward to you, but otherwise have just continued working on the various tasks at hand for winning this battle against the enemy of all righteousness.
I must admit you pique my curiosity when you say there has been quite a bit of bantering going on at keys over this. I wasn't aware of that. At the same time, I am not curious enough to actually go and dig through the archives or even receive a stack from someone who may have been filing these away.
I know where I stand, and that is good enough for me. I have set forth my case on my website -- usually very subtly so as to not be obnoxious. If someone truly wants to know where I am coming from, they will start there and follow the various leads that are placed there.
I am not looking for a following, for I believe that the work in these latter days is about each person becoming a prophet, each person coming into the order of One Mighty and Strong. The emphasis is not on hanging on every word that I say like the Mormons do with their prophet. There is no infallibility aspect either. The message is that each person is to become a prophet, and they won't do that by clinging to someone else, only to the Lord, aligning their inner holy of holies with God.
Nevertheless, I do believe that the Lord has revealed to me and through me a great many things that whether a person get through my instrumentality or through another means are important truths to know in this time in which we live so as to not be deceived but to be able to bring forth Zion triumphant. These are presented at my website.
I wish I could say I also have materials available in print, but I've not had the means step forth to publish anything, either by way of funds or interest from publishers. So I yet remain essentially a one man show, with gratitude for some of whatever moral support comes from a few close friends, including my wife. In this sense, "yet there was none to answer," continues to be a relevant theme in a very strong way, not just referring to "among the wicked." I don't have any Rick Audette or Martin Harris right-hand-man, nor have I had anything even vaguely resembling that level of willing assistance since the days of the American Study Group a decade ago.
Yet the paradox is that this is okay. I believe this latter-day work will be accomplished by many ones mighty and strong working as a body of Christ, each performing his or her particular role. It is not about focusing on one man. And even though the prophecies speak in the singular and probably point to one work in particular, that work is only a pattern that many will fit.
At some point all the pieces of the puzzle will come together. We all will come to a unity of the faith. The body of Christ will be closely knit together.
Meanwhile, I am glad to rejoice in the various and sundry works of God that are taking shape here and there, whether by individuals or by small or large groups. The Dr. Lauras and Joseph Farahs of the world are making a tremendous difference for good, as are the Jeanette Skeems and Newell Mosses who never make the headlines or see their name in print, but who with or without their spouses are part of the grassroots groundswell of righteous endeavor. You've probably never heard either of these latter names, but I am confident you would find immediate resonance with them upon meeting them and their equally wonderful spouses. Indeed, you would find a closer resonance with them than you probably would with the Dr. Lauras and Joseph Farahs of the world who because of their notoriety tend to loose that down-to-earth approachability.
So far as the world is concerned, I am of the latter category; and am content to be there as I love the anonymity. Furthermore, I like to think that the Beast doesn't hardly even know I exist, and others like me, but that it is in for a big surprise when it comes time to facilitate exorcising the Beast and bring forth the kingdom of God in power. With God on our side, they don't have a chance. Their day of glory in the arm of flesh is nigh coming to an end. The day of the power of God and the power of simple humility among and love for our fellowmen is coming soon.
Sincerely,
Sterling D. Allan

p.s. I hope you haven't minded that I have copied this correspondence to a couple of lists I'm on. Also, feel free to forward this to the keys list if you wish. It doesn't matter to me either way. My day of interacting with them is past. I feel no need to defend myself before them. They might have a great deal to offer by way of intellectual and spiritual stimulation, but I do not believe that the core beliefs upon which they found their discussions are sound, but rather are rooted in the deceptions of the evil one who seeks to derail and destroy the children of God. I am satisfied that I am where I need to be at present.
