My feeling on it is that since GWE allows peeks into their technology and attempts to explains the workings they MAY be legitimate. Before GWE, Xogen (US Patent #6,126,794; 1998) discovered a way to separate the atoms in water: http://www.tathacus.ca/xogen.html and before Xogen, Ronald Papineau (U.S. Patent #3,967,589; July 6 1976) built an on-demand hydrogen/oxygen generator that uses a reformer like a fuel cell and could self perpetuate (link to U.S. patent site) Since there are also many others over the years who have researched hydrogen on demand I am less
skeptical of GWE. RebuttalWhen the inside photos were first released a few months ago, Eric Krieg pointed out that this does not constitute proof. A device could be made for theatrical purposes, to put on a show.
