SUBJECT: Gayle Smith's Visions Update
I called Gayle Smith on the phone this afternoon to ask her directly what her personal
take was on where we are now at in relation to the fulfillment of the visions she has been
given about the destructions that are slated to come to the Wasatch Front as well as to
the rest of the world.
For those of you who may not have heard of Gayle and her visions, she had a near death
experience many years ago and ever since then has been granted a series of astonishing
visions about the future, both pertaining to her own family as well as what she has seen
is to befall us as a people.

As you know, last year at this time things were getting very shaky in the world stock
markets. The collapse of the economy seemed eminent that she saw in vision as
preceding the series of major earthquakes that would hit the Wasatch Front, along with the
introduction of Martial law and the mark of the beast.
I'll never forget an experience I had toward the end of October of 1998 as we anxiously
awaited the possible melt-down of freedom into tribulation chaos that we had long
anticipated as being part of the birthing of Zion.
A few friends of mine called for a special fast toward the end of that month.
Some of them were of the feeling to want to bring things on so we could get over Babylon
and get on with Zion, but that was not my sentiment (nor was it Gayle's).
I was called upon by Newell Moss to give the opening prayer at a gathering we had in
their home on the last Sunday of that month in conjunction with our fast. The
feeling I had deeply impressed in my heart was to pray for more time, for the destructions
to be stayed so that more people could repent and so much misery could be
diminished. While praying, as I said the words, "Destruction hangs heavy over
this people," I was so struck with a sorrowful confirmation that this was indeed the
case, that I was overcome with emotion to the point that I could not speak for a couple of
minutes.
I'm sure that prayer alone was not the reason why destruction was forestalled, but I am
certain that our faith played into the equation.
So now, here we are a year later.
Again it is October. Again the stock market is having a major case of the
jitters. Again the world political stage is volatile. Add to that the threat
of Y2K-caused breakdown and Martial law.
Hence the question of what Gayle feels about the possibility of this being the year
that her visions begin to be fulfilled, with an October stock market crash, November's
huge earthquakes and Martial law, etc. (See write up mentioned above.)
Gayle is not one to set things forth as "this is the way it is going to happen no
matter what." Rather, she believes as I do that what happens is a function of
the degree to which the people repent or not. She would be delighted if her visions
ended up not happening, for the human suffering they portrayed was horrific.
Her deep gut feeling is that this is not the year.
In addition to her gut feeling, she gave a few other reasons for this.
First, she was given a dream some time ago as follows.
The earthquakes had happened and her daughter was taking care of about 20 children that
had been separated from their parents or whose parents had died. Her daughter also
had her own child now, and Gayle was there to see her new grandson, who was about ten
months old at this point, just starting to imitate standing and walking while holding onto
someone's hand.
Gayle's daughter has not been able to have children. It has been just recently
(after Gayle's dream) that her daughter has finally conceived via in vitro fertilization
and is due next February, which would work out about right for these things happening next
year.
Second, Gayle was shown a long time ago that these things happened during an election
year. In another vision (in 1996) she was told that Bill Clinton would be impeached,
and that he would become a major liability to the Insiders. If he did not step down,
the powers that be would assassinate him. That points to next year as well.
It makes you wonder what other scandals have yet to surface. The Arkansas tainted
prisoner blood scandal has yet to make it into the public eye.

As for the economy, Gayle feels that it will take several blows to bring the economy
down. She feels that Y2K will be a crippling blow, but not a devastating one.
This scenario seem right to me. I believe that there has been sufficient
repentance on enough people's part to warrant yet another year of time to get our acts
together.
Who knows, maybe next year another series of miraculous conversions could take
place. I am all for invoking the repentance clause rather than having to see the
hammer of calamity bring people to their knees. Voluntary humility is far more
pleasing to the Lord and genders a far more exalted relationship with him.
So that's the latest from Gayle, our dear sister in the cause of Zion. Bless her
heart. She sure has been a noble and courageous warrior.
