I mentioned in the report about the Federal Detention
Centers that my friend who was given the tour of the Seattle/Seatac facility had a
great deal of other information that he shared with us the other night.
CLINTON POLICY TO "RIDE OUT" NUCLEAR ATTACK
One of the most disturbing tidbits was that in response to Boris Yeltsin's recent
threatening the West with a reminder of its nuclear capability and placing his forces on
first strike alert, two days later Bill Clinton enacted an executive order to "ride
out" any such aggression, which would effectively render our nation militaristically
emaciated should Yeltsin carry through on his threat.
ZHIRINOVSKY AND SADDAM HUSSEIN'S DEAL
Some time ago, my friend was in Russia for several months and had the opportunity to
interview Russian Presidential candidate Zhirinovsky. He said that on one wall of
his office was a map of the world, and where the United States was located was written
"Russia." On another wall was a two story high painting of Saddam Hussein.
My friend said that back in '94, there was a buzz in Moscow because several nuclear
missiles had come up missing. Though the government provided one spin for public
consumption, the talk on the street was that Zhirinovsky had given them to Saddam Hussein
in exchange for capital to finance his campaign.
SEATTLE RIOTS
My friend was present in Seattle earlier this month when the WTO riots broke out.
He was there in person during the entire situation and saw the events unfold before his
eyes. His overwhelming conclusion was that the powers that be were putting a major
propaganda spin on what happened. He said that though the media reported 30,000
protesters the first day, that there were easily over 100,000.
On the first day, he watched first hand as about thirty individuals proceeded to
break the windows from one store to the next. He saw policemen standing five feed
away, actually holding the crowds back as these individuals did their thing with no
attempt whatsoever from the police to arrest any of them. He was dumbfounded.
There were just these fifteen or so individuals doing all the damage and the police did
nothing, when they could have averted a great deal of damage and unrest by stopping these
provocateurs.
He watched as these fifteen individuals blended back into the crowd to the let the
crowd do the rest.
The next day, as Martial law was imposed, the police edict had changed. Now
they were not only arresting individuals, but they were arresting individuals who hadn't
even done anything. They took them to a nearby military base, placing white plastic
cuffs on them. He even said that some who he had seen initiating the violence the
day before were now on the second day among the police/national guard force making the
arrests. There were some 500 people arrested.
As the police and national guard proceeded into the residential areas, the residents
were livid that their rights were being trampled upon, as they were sprayed with
mace. But though they argued and complained, no one did anything overly aggressive
in defense (which is what the powers that be wanted to test).
My friend said that the Department of Transportation cameras that were normally trained
on the highways were turned and focused on the events in the side streets, and had an
amazing resolution.
PRACTICE JOINT POLICE-MILITARY EXERCISES
At the beginning of his presentation the other night, my friend
showed about half an hour of a 2.5-hour video called "Police State 2000" with
investigative reporter, Alex Jones (1-888-253-3139), which shows video footage of various
in-U.S.-cities military exercises, along with interviews with several police and military
personnel involved in these exercises.
These are the ones where suddenly with no advanced
warning to the populous, and sometimes even surprising the government and police, the
military shows up in a U.S. city with troops descending from black helicopters, machine
guns blazing (blanks), setting of charges complete with real fire, climbing atop building
roofs, breaking down doors, arresting citizens (mock), setting up tent centers to house
civilians, both for "safety" and for confinement of dissident citizens.
What is
amazing about this is that though this has happened in at least thirty U.S. cities
and is reported in the local papers, the National Press never picks it up. The
Seattle Times mentioned 21 cities when it reported on the occurrence there in its April
20, 1997 paper (p. A-15).
These exercises are being done under the direction of President Clinton who has
set aside the Posse Comitatus act by another unconstitutional executive order.

The police and government in these various areas are being told that
these exercises are necessary to prepare for possible terrorist (foreign or domestic)
activity or natural or man-made disasters which would overwhelm the local law enforcement
capabilities.
My brother was involved in an exercise back in '93 in which the National Guard came to
his high school and sealed off all entrances for a day.
The irony of these exercises is that they fuel a viscous cycle. The patriots see
them as perfect evidence for a government way out of hand to the point that it becomes the
enemy of freedom -- an enemy that must be fought with force if they should ever seek to
remove the final check on government power -- the means of physical defense, e.g. guns, in
the hands of citizens. Meanwhile, the government hears of such sentiments among the
patriot grassroots of America and becomes alarmed at these "extremists" and
carries out exercises such as mentioned above to prepare for that time when gun
confiscations become necessary because of these extremist patriot "terrorists."
Was it Jefferson who said that it is the tyrant who fears guns in the hands of private
citizens?

There is a website created by 14 concerned U.S. congresspersons including Ron Paul and
Helen Chenoweth where they state their deep concern with the direction this nation is
headed and call for grassroots effort to change the course. Their "Issues"

AUSTRALIAN DISARMAMENT
Four years ago my friend was in Australians when he saw the grassroots man on the
street boldly declared that they would never give up their right to bear arms. Today
that country's laws do not allow any guns in the hands of its citizens. Their
weapons have been rounded up and destroyed in incinerators.
What happens there is but a step ahead of what most very likely will happen here.
Baby steps gradualism will soon take its toll here as well if we continue our present
course.
FINCEN REPORTING OF ALL MAJOR TRANSACTIONS
Another development my friend reported is that the activities of FinCEN have been
expanded to become a sort of financial clearing house for the reporting of all electronic
transactions.
RUSSIAN TACTICAL NUCLEAR WEAPONS TRANSPORTING ON US FREEWAYS
My friend also showed several photographs taken by his grandmother from her moving
vehicle of a convoy as far as she could see of Russian Tactical Nuclear Launchers in
Arizona.
Another couple present that evening told of seeing a bunch of Chinese troops coming
into Florida in an airport when they were there, bypassing customs and in full military
garb.
NATIONAL ID
My friend showed us an actual demo version of a national ID card which has the capacity
to store 4.1 megabytes of date, is unaffected by magnetic/electrostatic radiation, capable
of storing 1200 pages of digital text, and is extremely durable, passing tests of being
ran over by a tank and its data still being in tact.

FEDERAL DETENTION CENTERS
It was at this point that my friend showed us the slides of photographs he had taken of
a Federal Detention Center in Seattle/Seatac Washington when he ended up getting a tour of
the place. There are apparently eight of these in major U.S. cities, located at the
ends of runways for the purpose of transferring of inmates from place to place during a

FEMA BOXES ON RADIO STATIONS
My friend informed us that by law all radio stations in the U.S. are required to have
what is called a "FEMA" box (Federal Emergency Management Association) installed
on their antennae, ostensibly for the purpose of broadcasting emergency broadcast
messages. However, these boxes also have the ability to shut off the antennae from
broadcasting. So with a flip of a switch, as it were, all U.S. free radio could come
to a halt.
CONCENTRATION CAMPS
My friend also spoke about concentration camps that have been spotted at various places
around the country. One source claims 130 such camps now in existence. My
friend showed us one picture of a camp set off some distance.

RUSSIAN BUNKER
My friend said that Russia is currently building an underground bunker the size of
D.C.'s beltway.
Also, he showed a news release showing U.S. nuclear forces being pulled from Europe,
and cited a prophecy that when the U.S. did this, then the preemptive strike on the U.S.
would shortly follow.
GET OUT OF DODGE
My friend has been following these events for a decade now, traveling, reading,
interviewing, fasting, praying. One of his questions has been where people could go
as a place of refuge. He has visited large underground caverns in Montana, he's been
all over the West, down under in Australia, over in the East.
Most recently he returned from Chile and even
bought 400 acres there around the top of the lower 1/3. The lowest third of the
country can get very cold, but there is a chain of mountains that keeps that cold air to
the South. His opinion was that this country is one of the safest places. Its
laws are among the most lax anywhere in the world. They have a democratic government
and a very high morality, with Christianity on the upswing. Something to think
about, but not too loudly, or we might have big brother moving down there too.
As for me, I still tend to be inclined to hang around here in whatever patriot camps
emerge, turning to God and his strength so that whatever weapon the enemy brings
against us will not prevail; and in the end we will be triumphant in overcoming the
international beast that will have come upon us in a brutal dictatorship. If I have
my way, I will not fire a single bullet, but will have the protection of God on my
side. Nevertheless, if I am required to take up arms in the defense of freedom, I am
willing to pay that price so that the sacrifices of those who have gone before will not be
in vain.
Our destiny is Zion, wherein dwells no coercion, and peace and harmony abound because
the hearts of its inhabitants are turned to God and changed by God. That is what is
in store for us -- after we make it through this hell of transition from the violent world
that this is now. Truth will prevail. Righteousness will prevail.
Maybe I'll see you in a concentration camp somewhere, after which we will call upon the
power of God and walk out of the camp with the entire group of humbled people without a
shot being fired.
I know not what the coming days will bring. But I do know that we have been
preparing for this for a long time.
May our hearts be fastened in strength on God, and may we be humble before him that he
might direct our steps through these difficult days ahead.
