I am astonished at Tilley's brazenness in presenting himself as an innocent victim of
unwarranted criticism. A review of the documentation we have
assembled, especially of the video footage from presentations made
to his loyal supporters, shows a man who gloats about being in this for the money, and that he is
not in it not for the sake of bringing free energy to the world. What made me most
disappointed was to see that he has assembled a following of people who don't mind that this is
his motivation. Like attracts like, and the caliber of people he has attracted to him are
blind to his conniving, because conniving does not offend them. Even former board member,
Walt Webb, who has now defected, is more upset about being finagled out of the money Tilley
promised him than he is about the fact that Tilley was in this for the money, and not for the
cause.
As I covered Tilley for six months prior to transforming my coverage into an exposé, I wanted
sorely for Tilley to be right. Despite personal run-ins with him of an unsavory nature, I
still gave him mainly favorable coverage, culminating with a glowing article written in January
for ExtraOrdinary Times, due in print any day now.
But when I spoke with Robert Kibbey and Walter Webb, and heard of their inside information and
documentation of fraud, I could no longer hold the hope that the Tilley Foundation was a
legitimate operation. I do believe that the technology they have is very good, but it is not
what Tilley is claiming, and it does not belong to Tilley. He stole it from Kibbey, who is
not without others laying claim as well.
Like the story of Solomon and the two mothers claiming the same baby, Tilley admits to being
prepared to see his technology shelved so long as he gets a wad of cash. Does that sound
like something one would say if they had brought forth a technology through nearly two decades of
blood, sweat and tears?
He is a bastard, and should be humiliated, he and everyone who is turning a blind eye to the
reams of documentation that have been brought forth.
If anything, the fact that he is willing to allow the buyer of the technology to shelve it
should be enough in and of itself for them to take their money and go somewhere else. But
they don't. He has them mesmerized with a promise of a wicked return on their investment.
That is why I turned against Tilley, and that is why I refuse to let his attempts to intimidate
me with the threat of a lawsuit keep me from reporting what my conscience dictates.
My associates ran for cover, as quick as Jesus' disciples did on his night of crucifixion, when
Tilley threatened to sue me. They urged me to immediately remove the coverage. They
fired me from the company I founded, and in which I was the key player.
Tilley then told his associates that he "had me fired," as if he was the one
who requested it and had it executed according to his command.
The man has no compunction against lying. It comes more naturally to him than it does to
Bill Clinton. The difference is that at least Bill Clinton is also a master at remembering
his lies and being consistent. Tilley is ever contradicting himself.
How anyone in close associate with him could stick by him this long is a mystery to me.
The fact that they know he is in it for the money at the expense of the cause lends me no sympathy
whatsoever for them as victims of a fraud. They deserve to be taken for the ride he is
giving them.
Sincerely,
Sterling D. Allan
