to your question, no this is not stephen walker, but my first name is stephen . I am a true inventor. i would take a lie detector test to verfify , that the original concept came from me. would  robert kibbey be willing to do the same ? besides either kibbey or tilley applied the turbine correctly. I can ! plus i now have patent pending to produce  access electricity using existing electricity. i have a working prototype, physics and mathamatices, to back it up .

mr. sterling d. allen, to tell you the truth, i did not realize that you got the e-mail. I throught i was e-mailing robert kibbey personal address, just to let him know , that out there someone knew the truth and than just droop it. but if i can bring any thing to light, i would help. As far as working with kibbey , the anwser is no. but i do have sketches of applying the turbine, where it would work. I am working somewhat with the U.S. department of engery with my latest concept. I just getting ready to file for  patent pending containing to the electric car when i seen this about kibbey and tillry.

what i have is a couple of sketches showing the application in detail how the turbine could charge the batteries continuous, to where an electric car could drive from n.y. to caif. ,but at this point, i could not disclose how it would be done. but i could file a provisioal patent, which would take a couple of days, than i would be able to talk open about it . i am not in this for the money but i still have to pay the bills.

that is fine, because in a patent application, i will summit, the application of how it will work. and please note, on my recent patent pending, i had a couple people wanted to invest in it, but i refused .until i prove it with testing from a cerified electricial engneer firm to verify what i claim tobe true, i am paying the cost.as well i intend to do with the electric car .

sterling, this is stephen again. i would like to clear up one thing.make sure you understand i am not claiming the  concept of charging batteries with a turbine engine, that goes to the wind turbine manufacturers, but i am claiming concept to application to an electric car and feel confident that it will really work . unlike tilley and kibbey ,they just heard of the concept somehow,but did not have a clue how to really apply it  and believe me i will have an cerified electricial engineerring firm to valuate my concept would work. thanks stephen
