Subject: Tilley Scam
Half of you are right, half of you are wrong. The half that
says it's a hoax is the right half. I worked with Tilley for 7 months, assisted in raising $401,000
for research and the purchase of property, home, shop, etc.. My cousin fabricated the delorean.
I am in the process along with the co-inventor (Robert Kibbey), and co-patent application holder of
shutting Mr. Tilley down via local media outlets and legal litigation.
I also am the person who permanently installed the "So Called" field generator in Mr.
Tilley’s "LABRATORY".
I am a former board of director who resigned after I discovered that Mr. Tilley has numerous fraud
arrests and convictions in such states as (Wyoming, Florida, Colorado, etc..) Trust me, this is a
bad bad man! With malicious intent to defraud the public out of they’re hard earned money!
I have forwarded video footage and all documents pertaining to Mr. Tilley’s fraudulent activities
to the Tennessee bureau of investigations, the security's exchange commission, FBI, and General
Electric's legal division.
In May 2002 Mr. Tilley told his nearly forty investors that GE would give him 2 billion dollars for
the technology site unseen. I have this on video. Why don't you ask Mr. Tilley where's the 2
billion? I'm sure the judge will, and I know the local media will!
In summary, this man must be stopped at all costs! Because it's not about making it work, it's about
how long he can stall and take more of your hard earned money! If you would like to talk to me about
