Kibbey's Wife Comments on May 15 Court Hearing
Wife of defendant gives her account. Judge notes that Tilley was
also in contempt of court for comments made to WSMV Channel 4.

Sterling, this is Lyn. I am not under the "gag" order. I was in court too to watch. It was
a victory for Robb...the judge insisted on seeing the entire tape from Channel 4 concerning Tilley.
The judge saw the comments from the people in Wyoming that were conned, and then got to see the tape
from Channel 4 where Carl is being investigated by the SEC in Tennessee. It also says he is under
other investigations. The judge could tell that there is more to the story than what was being
presented. Carl's attorney was trying to get Robb fined or put in jail for going on Channel 4, but
it was Walter and Carl that talked the most. Carl violated the order too. Robb just said on
t.v. "I hope they stop the man". That was all. No contempt charges were
upheld; no fines were issued. Robb was ordered to pay for 1 1/2 hours of legal time Tilley's
attorney took to file this response. I personally spent one year helping Tilley when he had nothing,
and he virtually lived at our house. I was his real estate agent on the property. I have faith in
you to stand up for what is right. Lyn
