Foundation Claims Self-Charging System
Independent Report of Tilley Foundation Developments
  • Tilley skips town, shareholders up in arms - "Tilley Charger" in his circuit is actually nothing but a GM 120-amp alternator.  Self-running system alleged to work, but not to the extent claimed.  Court order requires Tilley to prove his technology by middle of Nov. or he goes to jail. From the Perspective of Doug Littlefield, Carl Tilley's Right-Hand Man

Doug Littlefield sits on the board of directors of the Tilley Foundation, which purports to have a charger system that will run continuously with no input of outside power.  He has stood by Carl Tilley against charges of fraud.

You may be interested to know, although none of you ask, we do not want anyone to invest...you couldn't if you wanted to. Scam...for what purpose, we offer a free demonstration of a technology we believe in.....if it doesn't work only we lose. We will have no kits, no distributorships....none of the crap Dennis Lee and others use.

[Editor's comment in reply (July 13, 2003):
Just more investors than the state allows, putting on a show to get a massive buy-out (asking 2-5 billion) based on a stolen technology with exaggerated claims of performance. (see: Tilley Fraud)]

Well it's been a while. September 7 2002 has long since
come and went. SO did Carl Tilley EVER get a working
model that proved his claims of self charging battery
system for electric car?

Or was he arrested for FRAUD because he did NOT
prove it worked?

Just thought you might like to see this reply I got back from
a Tilley supporter. He claims the state stole Tilley's
equipment but he was never charged.

FYI he was never arrested and no charges have
ever been filed against him.

They simply stole our stuff and they have never
"tested" it.

On the other hand I had several engineering
groups from large companies visit between
last Oct and Feb, they did initial tests and
found enough to schedule extensive tests
in March. Unfortunately the crap on the Internet
caused them to cancel established test dates.

Then the State pulled their little stunt, which has
gotten in the way of two bona fide buyer prospects
making their final decisions for the moment.

The most critical error....letting the public know
anything at all.......it gave a few people the ability
to almost destroy us with lies, innuendo and the
spreading of false information.

We are not destroyed however.
