JST-II Thessalonians 2:1-14 Chiasm in Script
From: JST-II Thessalonians chiasm
N ow we beseech you, brethren, wherein ye have been called by our gospel, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, to the obtaining of his glory:2B We are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth by our gathering together unto him. 3C And for this cause, that ye be not soon shaken in mind--for God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie--be ye not troubled by letter, except ye receive it from us, that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, neither by spirit, nor by word, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 4D(1,2) For the day of Christ, yea, the Lord, even Jesus, whose coming is at hand, is not until after there cometh a falling away; 5D(5,4) For there shall come a falling away by the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 6D(3) Therefore let no man deceive you by any means, with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish. 7E-1 First, that Wicked one, that man of sin, shall be revealed, the son of perdition: he who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God or that is worshipped; him shall the Lord consume with the spirit of his mouth. 8E-5 Yea, he as God sitting in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God, shall be destroyed with the brightness of the coming of Christ. 9omit Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 10F And now ye know what withholdeth until the time is fulfilled that he might be revealed and be taken out of the way in his time. 11G For the mystery of iniquity is that Christ suffereth him to work--he who doth already work. Yea, it is he who now worketh.
