Sterling put it into more LDS religious terms: Telestial, Terrestrial and Celestial. The LDS, along with many other religions, also acknowledge that we are several entities in one though they differ in their names: we are our physical bodies, as well as spiritual children of God and existed as intelligence's. Some would say we are spirit, soul and body.
We all understand that there is a light spectrum and that we see only a part of it. The part that we see is the 3rd Dimension, physical reality. The 4th dimension is also very real, entailing more of the light spectrum and often can be captured with cameras especially infra red ones. It is the realm most people see in near death experiences, astral traveling and think of as Heaven/Hell. Duality still exists there. It is also the realm of imagination and thought. Recall that in the LDS temple ceremony we are told that everything is first created spiritually (fourth dimension) then temporally (third dimension). Our thoughts literally create our third dimension reality. When we are unawares and asleep spiritually, our thoughts simply attract and we are attracted to certain circumstances and people. We are unconscious creators at that point. The point of our being here is to become conscious co-creators.
Fifth dimension is the first level where we are at ONE, unified. It is the Source Light for everything that exists. It is pure Light, pure Love. Behind our 3rd dimensional heart lies one pure atom whose center exists in the fifth dimension, our Heart of Hearts. It is our literal connection to God, our umbilical cord to our Source. Our egotistical natural man hides it from us and tells us to look outside ourselves to find God. Our veil of forgetfulness is literally our bodies surrounding our Heart of Hearts. Our atrophied Pineal Gland cannot communicate with the other dimensions in this state of deep slumber. In reading or feeling truth and opening our hearts to it we increase our capacities for communication with other dimensions. Deep contemplation and meditation will also increase our capacities.
People who have seen beings in all their glory have seen beings whose Heart of Hearts is allowed to expand to its full stature and encompass the individual. The natural man is no longer the master but the servant. Jesus Christ shone brightly when he transfigured. His Heart of Hearts was no longer a light hidden under a bushel, but was allowed to shine forth. If we are to follow Him we are to transfigure also and bring our Heart of Hearts out of hiding.
If we stay stuck in third dimension exclusively we do not have full access to the palette of colors to create from, we are severely limited. Christ showed us the way. He had full access to everything and we call them miracles. Other Masters have evolved and have also given us an example. We live in the end times, the Omega time. Our earth will soon pass from third dimension into fourth dimension. If you have not raised your body to that level, you won't be coming along, but will start over at the beginning of another 26,000 year Third Dimensional cycle and will stay there until you learn to freely move from one dimension to another with your body.
NOW is the time to prepare to meet God, not after you die and leave your body behind. It is not some far off moment when you can start to become a co-creator with God. YOU ALREADY ARE. It is simply time to become a CONSCIOUS co-creator with God. Your Natural Man is ready to spout rule after rule after rule. You will notice you never really change following the myriad rules. You don't see many angels nor are you especially wise. The "trick" is to "not know." Don't try and figure out if ANY of this is right or wrong. Allow it as a possibility. Try it and see what happens. "I command my Heart of Hearts to be in charge of this body and to align each part of me with the Light." Quietly think of all the miracles that you know of that Jesus and other masters performed. Feel how thrilling it is to be a part of God's work. Feel the love growing in your Heart of Hearts. Recognize that you are a part of God and He is a part of you. Feel the joy growing within you. When the Natural Man starts to spout his rules at you, tell him thank you, you will listen later. Repeat to yourself, "I command my Heart of Hearts to be in charge of this body and to align each part of me with the Light." (or some other phrase that you like, but leave in the command part, that's the free agency part). I have been doing this off and on for 2-3 weeks and I have seen my own miracles. From my HoH to thy HoH, I salute thee, and the precious understanding you show.
I personally have experienced several bouts of, what shall I call it, 'vibratory rate acceleration' over the past six years or so. I am talking about feeling as if one's normal everyday internal electrical system (nerves and physical consciousness) was raised from 120volts to, I don't know, into the thousands. The Spirit burning away more and more lower self karma; accelerating the vibratory rate.
I can say it is not altogether a pleasant experience. But it does its job and moves one further to the ability to make the quantum leap into the 4th dimension, as you explain.
I am wondering who else might have experienced something akin to this?
My experience in 1994 of this was so intense that for days I did not sleep, nor did I need to.
For the subconscious energy level into which we normally must delve for a recharge of the psychic batteries seemed to have inverted, and come into the conscious. A close friend of mine actually felt sparks leap form him to me when he touched me. Incredibly magical and wonderful things happened during this short several week time period.
While I was enduring this transformational experience, my attention was drawn to a host of music videos on the cable music channel. And I could see that the Lord is working a great work in the music industry.
God is raising up Zion by Himself. When it is complete, it shall spring upon the world like a nation built in a single day.
The 5th Dimension, of course, was a pop group in the 70s, LOL!

Susan,
One thing I would amend about your enlightening treatise on dimensional ascending is the part about letting go of mental knowledge and going inside to the heart's knowing.
I believe that just as man and woman are not meant to be alone but are designed to work most ideally in a synergist marriage, so also did God create us with a male and female energy. Using this metaphor, the male is the mind -- the left-brain analytical; and the female is the heart -- the right-brain intuitive.
I believe that a major error of what is termed "New Age" is that it ignores the left brain too much, just as a major error of the Judeo/Christian tradition of the West ignores the right brain too much and is too analytical.
These two need to come into balance, not one emphasized to the detriment of the other.
The soul is composed of (1) the spirit and (2) the body. In our metaphor, the spirit is addressed by the female energy and the body is addressed by the male energy. These two working together (married) are the soul.
33 For man is spirit. The elements are eternal, and spirit and element, inseparably connected, receive a fulness of joy.
34 And when separated, man cannot receive a fulness of joy. (D&C 93:33,34)
Hence your comments about the need to ascend while yet in the flesh are so relevant.

Wow, Susan, Brian, Sterling, you are something to meet. Just to think that I found you,
loving Jahshuah (assumption?), respecting the sacred writings and Joseph Smith yet
aggressively pressing into greater understanding of the day that is dawning. I loved every
bit of what sort of sparked about dimensional realities in the last few posts.
I also am impressed with the post that tells how Lynn Ridenhour became acquainted with the Mormon faith and their understanding of Zion. Clearly the Lord directed him as I was led into contact with Havah Pratt and more recently those of you here at David's Outcasts.
Is there a greater, dimensional gathering taking place in the heavenly economy of which our connecting is a part? I do very much believe in a manifestation on this planet of a people that walk in ONENESS.
I do not know how much I can continue to participate in this posting board, My wife Carolynne and I are actively involved in the dynamics of these matters. bringing people into conscious awareness of this higher glory (May I call it that?) It requires a great letting go of 3-d awareness of identity. The power of the Spirit is essential to accomplish this, incorporation into Christ, being that, is the effecting of that glory. I am not as much concerned about the specific language as I am about the reality of it.

Your comment about maybe moving on so soon left me in a lurch of longing.
Don't leave us yet. You bring a dimension here to our little discussion group that
is truly amazing. I feel you have a ministry here with us -- at least for a season.
Yet I have to say that I am inspired and spurred by your saying that you spend so much
time incorporating these things that you've not much time to talk about them.
If I understand correctly, you travel quite a bit, meeting with various groups to share
your understandings and make spiritual connections.
We talk about ascending, we talk about gathering, we talk about increasing into the faith
of the ancients, but we must recognize the limitations of this medium of Internet
communication.
I trust that each of us who are participating in this forum are implementing things in
their personal walk as we discuss various things here.
Anyway, to get to the point of why I am writing this post, the thought occurred to me that
it would be nice to have a get together over in Missouri.
I don't know when or where, but I thought I would put the idea forward and see what comes
of it.
I would think we would want to schedule two, three, maybe four days.
I'm guessing that the numbers of people who could make it would be small enough that we
could probably fit everyone into a medium-sized home. I don't mind sleeping on a
floor. The pioneers go by on less.
Anyway, just a thought.
I was part of such a gathering of friends in 1996. One full week, about 15 people.
Our topic of focus was D&C 113:7-10 (what does it mean to arise and put on
strength?) It was an extremely powerful experience.
