Lull Before Storm; Great Salt Lake Receding -- Bonneville
Returning

For years, I've noticed a phenomenon, both in nature and in the cycles of life.
With the up and down motion, as you watch the edge of a pool of water on a
vertical surface, just before a large wave, the water drops very low on the
vertical surface, to match the high that is coming.
I can't help but think of this phenomenon upon reading this headline from the
Deseret News today:
GREAT?
SALT LAKE NOT LIVING UP TO ITS NAME
Utah's dwindling Great Salt Lake has withdrawn so far from its traditional
shores you don't have to go wading, let alone miraculously walk on water, to
trek across it anymore.
If this is the "low," then the return of lake Bonneville could be
the high, which then drains out nearly as fast as it comes in. A little toilet
flush action in the setting in order of the house of God.
The scenario see is as follows.
1) Lake Bonneville (look it up, existed half a millennium before settlers
arrived, water line 5500 feet, is pronounced in the valley to this day) would
have been supplied by a huge input of water.
2) That input of water has gone underground into a huge underground river.
3) A major quake hits the Wasatch front (we're talking 10.0 action). Mountains
fall, the underground river is blocked, huge pressure is built up, and then the
water comes surging as in a moment to the surface, filling the lower parts of
the valley in a matter of days. The shifting of the ground in the quake will
have made downtown Salt Lake lower than it is now, and it will be included in
the submerging.
4) After a relatively short period, another quake hits, and the water drains
once again, perhaps forging another gorge toward the ocean.
There have been two huge bodies of water in Utah's past, this would be the third
time.
Before Bonneville, was an even larger body, with water line still partially
visible at 6,000 feet. It stretched 25,000 square miles. Its name, "Gosuit
Lake." It filled most all of Utah, some of Nevada, much of Idaho, and down
into Arizona (?). I found reference to it in an old Webster's dictionary. That
body of water is probably a remnant of the receding of the waters of the flood
of Noah, and when it cut loose, it formed the Grand Canyon.
When do I see this scenario of the "toilet flush" unfolding? Probably
after the mark of the beast has come in its fury -- the 3.5-year period of its
reign as described in Daniel 7 and Revelation 13. Many of the remnant saints
will have been encamped in concentration camps because of their resistance to
the New World Order and refusal to take the mark of the beast (those chip
implants by VeriChip that were approved by the FDA for human implantation on
Wednesday). The flood actually comes as a deliverance factor at the end of their
captivity. (Don't ask me about the logistics of that one. I realize that does
not make sense.) The flood wipes out the incalcitrant "saints" who are
really "aints." The remnant are delivered from their captivity.
To support this scenario, I cite the following.
1) The prophecy that says "the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a
flood after the woman (true saints), that he might cause her to be carried away
of the flood. And the earth helped the women, and the earth opened her mouth,
and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth."
(Revelation 12:15, 16)
2) The parallel
between Isaiah 28 and II Nephi 28 (spans entire chapter, with more than 250
consecutive parallels between). It matches the phrase in Isaiah 28 "as a
flood of mighty waters overflowing" with the phrase in II Nephi 28:
"For the day shall come that the Lord God will speedily visit the
inhabitants of the earth; and in that day that they are fully ripe in iniquity
they shall perish."
3) The geographical parallel between the Wasatch front and Israel. This is
significant because of the prophecies that water will flow from the temple in
Israel, and that the dead sea will become living again -- which implies a major
quake along that fault. Briefly, the parallels are as follows: Sea of Galilee =
Utah Lake; Dead Sea = Great Salt Lake (the only two such inland salt bodies of
water on the planet); Jordan river flowing between the two in both cases;
dramatic elevation changes in vicinity of the two bodies; Jewish capital
(Jerusalem) nearby = Mormon capital (Salt Lake City) nearby; a huge fault line
that runs north and south through the valley. The difference is that North is
South and South is North -- the perfect match for this grand chiasm of "The
First (Jews) shall be Last, and that Last (Gentiles/Mormons) shall be
first." The Jews were the first with whom God worked anciently in his
redemptive plan, and the Gentiles as the Jews rejected Jesus Christ. Then, in
these latter days, the Gentiles are first, through Joseph Smith (the BofM cover
page statement by Moroni says the BofM comes forth "by way of the
Gentile"), and the Jews will be last, as the baton is passed once again
from an apostatized people (recalcitrant Mormons) to another -- the House of
Israel (by the remnant core outcasts of Mormonism).
4) The visions of Gayle Smith,
Sarah Manet (sp?), and David Warwick (a visionary carpenter I worked for briefly
one time).
5) A personal experience I had in which the actual weather patterns in 1996
matched a prediction I made in relation to this phenomenon. It entailed snow in
June, as I drove back from Tucson Arizona, in Saint George and in Beaver Utah. I
departed a path of a career in Physiology to pursue in earnest the work of God
once again.
There are more evidences, but I will let this suffice for now.

Interesting article, Sterling, good insights.
I think you meant 2,500 miles instead of 25,000 miles, but yes, you can see
the line on the side of the mountains where the water used to be, and yes there
is a fault line running along the Wasatch range. They say that it's long overdue
for a big quake.
Just another point: the Dead Sea and the Great Salt Lake aren't the only
inland bodies of salt water. There is also the Salton Sea in Southern
California. It, too, lies on a major fault line (Dead Sea - the great rift,
Great Salt Lake - Wasatch Fault, and Salton Sea - San Andreas Fault) perhaps you
have heard of it. I did some research on the Salton Sea when I lived in Palm
Springs during the 80's and 90's. The Sea is not natural. It was created by a
flood in the early 1900's, and there is also a fresh water lake connected to the
Salton Sea via a body of water known as the American Canal (like the Jordan
River). I assume that the canal is man-made, but I don't know about the other
fresh water lake (like the Sea of Galilee).
The Dead Sea and the Great Salt Lake are both natural, but Salton Sea is not.
The Dead Sea and the Salton Sea are both below sea level, but the Great Salt
Lake is not. Living in California, you begin to wonder if anything there is
natural, or part of an abandoned movie set. :)
Another point of interest. The climate of the Coachella Valley (Palm Spring
and Indio) is very nearly the same as Palestine. They have imported many plants
from the Holy Land and they thrive there. Date, Palm, Tamerisk, and Olive trees,
to name a few. Also some do grow natively. I don't know if this valley in
California figures in any of Isaiah's prophecies, but there is a definite,
tangible spiritual presence in that valley. I used to wander around alone out of
the desert, and all kinds of experiences happened to me.
