2/3 and 666

Two-thirds, represented decimally is 0.666.  Other 2/3 of interest: those left in heaven, sealed portion of Book of Mormon

I can't help but think that there is some amazing correlation between the fraction 2/3 and 666.

Represented decimally, 2/3 = 0.666... (repeating sixes)

Hmmm. Wasn't it 1/3 that was cast out of heaven for following the son of the morning, Lucifer, leaving 2/3 (666)?

The sealed portion of the Book of Mormon is 2/3 additional material. What we have now is the probationary 1/3 (and the fact that we don't have the 2/3 is evidence that we've not "received" what has been given us so far as trial of faith).

Interesting food for thought regarding the yin/yang aspect of all things.

p.s. I cannot take credit for the 2/3 = 0.666 thought. It was poised by a reader a few weeks ago.

Sterling, I grew up being taught that 1/3 was kicked out of heaven with Lucifer and 1/3 'sat on the fence' of neutrality not siding with Lucifer or Christ and 1/3 were valiant for Christ.

Out of curiosity I looked up p. 666 in the LDS Bible: Nehemiah 13. Verse 6 mentions "in the two and thirtieth year" and in verse 2, "...our God turned the curse into a blessing."
