bullet  Introduction

Upon returning from voting for Alan Keyes in the Western Primary on March 10, 2000, I thought I would look up the last four digits of the Voter ID # printed on the voter registration card they gave me after I voted.

I knew I was onto something when the first number I looked up, 3864, meant "maritime" in the New Testament Greek lexicon.

It turns out that in the alphabetics coding there is an exhaustive commentary on the whole conspiracy of admiralty law jurisdiction taking over the supreme law of the land -- the Constitution. Direct hit words include "maritime, lobby, tyrannize, martial law, deception."

There are two entire sets of several words running that elaborate on this whole scenario. One parallel runs for at least 43 consecutive words, from 3864 to 3907 in the NT lexicon. The other runs for at least 21 consecutive words, from 1386 to 1407, also in Zodhiates' NT lexicon. It includes key concepts from the book of Revelation about the beast, the dragon, wealth, and the merchants of the earth.

For those who have never before heard of such a conspiracy, be prepared for a rude awakening -- validated by a powerful Biblical code.  For those of you who are intimately aware of this conspiracy, you will find these coded commentaries to be great consolation and inspiration in this fight that can be so taxing at times.

bullet Significant Correspondence Prior to the Discovery

Before reporting at length what I found, I should first relay a conversation I had with a friend earlier that day in which he was talking about all the various ways that the Beast usurps control over the citizens by manipulating definitions and laws.  Things are not what they appear

Here is what was fresh on my mind when I looked up the number 13864.

David's Outcasts http://www.GreaterThings.com/OpenForum/Davids_Outcasts/

<snip>
To put it as simply as possible by acknowledging you are a citizen with obligations to them you are acknowledging them as makers of the rules at the same time and telling them your not obligated to follow the rules . They are the Corporate UNITED STATES. They are a fraudulent government and not The government most believe they are. They have no jurisdiction except in the 10 square miles known as the District of Columbia. They by deceit manipulation and force have gotten the men and women of the land to believe they are the rightful Government ( just think of the book of Mormon lessons on secret combinations) and have given them power and they are drunk with it and get more and more blatant in showing their true colors and willingness to oppress with their power.

It doesn't matter what you do to protest, as long as you acknowledge them as the rightful government they will exercise dominion over you and they make the rules and can change them. You must either make it clear to them you have discovered their fraud and are not obligated to them in any such way or obey the rules. Its akin to the slave trying to tell his master what rules he will follow and which ones he will not. They use the freedom won by the Declaration of Independence and war of the revolution to make you think they are associated with the constitutional government facade we now have that allows them to do all these things.

<snip>

We have had 200+ years of this fraudulent government and voting etc. and what we have is the result of it so if we want to stay in it to see how much further it can go to denying us God given rights, then comply because trying to change it according to its own rules has failed miserably and I have discovered that was its designed from the beginning. It has continued to gradually cull the freedoms everyone believes they have. The choice is yours.

Blayne.

PS Sterling why don't you do a word/number study on some stuff like IRS form 1040, etc. and some constitutional statutes etc.? Since that is one of your areas. I am sure we could take the Book of Mormon and do some astonishing parallels on secret combinations such as the secret signs relating to the legal mumbo jumbo and codes that almost no one can decipher etc.?

bullet  Word Number 3864 in the NT Lexicon

Because the number 13864 is far to large to look up in either the Old or New Testament lexicon, I thought I would try the last four digits: 3864.  The first place I turned was to Zodhiates' New Testament Lexicon.

3864 parathalasios Near the sea, by the seaside, maritime.

The word "maritime" epitomizes what is wrong with U.S. law today and how legalese has been able to keep American's thinking they are free while their freedoms are stripped from them one at a time behind their backs.  See explanation below.

The next word is

3865 paratheoreo To look at a thing by the side of another, to compare.  In the NT, to look past something, i.e., to overlook, neglect, slight, in the pass.
Syn. (272), to neglect; (1950), to neglect, forget; (3935), to let by, relax.
Ant. (5431), to exercise care; (3309), to be anxious; (4337), to pay attention; (1959), to take care of.

At first glance, the phrase "to compare" seems a clear allusion to the idea of voting, in which the various candidates are considered and the best one chosen.  However, the remainder of the definition along with its synonyms and antonyms seems to paint a picture of the need to be alert to a slight of hand that is happening.  Things are not as they appear.

The next word is

3866 paratheke A deposit, trust, something committed to one's charge.

In this context, I think of the civic duty to be informed and alert to the issues so as to place wise men in office and to keep them in line by watching their steps.  I also think of the public servants who are given the charge of the public trust.

The next word is

3867 paraineo To exhort, admonish.
Syn. (3560), to put in mind, admonish; (5537), to warn; (3870), to entreat, exhort; (4389), to impel morally, encourage, exhort; (4823), to advise, counsel; (4921), to commend; (2720), to guide, direct.
Ant. (4105), to seduce; (538), to delude; (1818), to beguile.

This word definition drives home the idea of keeping the elected representative alert and informed, so as to not be seduced by the promises of largess at the expense of other citizens.

The next word touches more on that:

3868 paraiteomai <from para aside, implying something more than is proper, hence wrongly, and aiteo, to ask, beg> To try to obtain by asking, to beg..., the person addressed being regarded as reluctant, or the thing asked for as difficult to obtain.

This calls to mind the idea of the pigs at the trough of myriad of socialist programs doled out by the government, which require a bending of the rules to grant their disbursement.

The next series of words are related in sequence as if designed to tell a story or paint a picture of the kind of bargaining and finagling that goes on in political dirty work.

3869 parakathizo To sit down near, to seat oneself near. Syn. (345), to recline at a table.

3870 parakaleo To aid, help comfort, encourage; (I) invite to come; (II) call for or upon someone as for aid; to beseech, entreat; (III) to call upon someone to do something, exhort, admonish; (IV); to exhort in the way of consolation, encouragement, to console, comfort.

3871 parakalupto To cover over or hide, especially by putting something out of sight, or near or before and object. Syn. (4780), to cover up completely; krupto (2928), to conceal, keep secret; egkrupto (1470), to hide something; (4032), to hide by placing something around or to conceal entirely; (2990), to escape notice.
Ant. (601), to uncover, unveil; (343), to discover.

Now, here comes the bribe, big, fat and wide.

3872 parakatatheke A deposit left with or entrusted to one's charge.

With the bribe comes the close scrutiny to make sure the puppet does as he has said he would do, while pretending to be a servant of the people.  It is a big lie.

3873 parakeimai <from para, near, with, and keimai, to lie> To lie near, be adjacent to.  In the NT used metaphorically, meaning to be at hand, present, immediate.
Syn. (3918), to be close by, at hand or present; (2816), to set over, stand over; (3854), to be beside.

We hear of Big Brother watching you, but we must remember that they themselves are being watched very carefully by the financial entities that control them, telling them what to do.

3874  paraklesis The act of exhortation, encouragement ,comfort.

When the consciences of these public officials is pricked, their concerns have to be put to rest.

3875 parakletos Referring to an aid of any kind. In the Greek writers, used of a legal advisor, pleader, proxy, or advocate, one who comes forward in behalf of and is the representative of another.

They are, after all, beholden to the people -- aren't they?

3867  parakoe In its strictest sense, it means a failing to hear or hearing amiss, with the notion of active disobedience which follows this inattentive or careless hearing.

Yet weren't they out there among the people, taking surveys and having town meetings?

3877 parakoloutheo To accompany side by side, follow closely, attend to carefully. (I) Of thins meaning to accompany, to be done by someone; (II) Metaphorically, to follow closely in mind, to investigate, search out or trace so as to attain knowledge of; (III) To conform to, compare, referring to teaching. Syn (4920), to perceive, understand; (1097), to come to know; (1987), to understand; (4441) to inquire.

If they seem so intent on getting the public pulse, why then do they seem to act so contrary when it comes to the laws they pass and the treason they bypass?

3878 parakouo To hear amiss, slightly, inattentively.  In the NT, to neglect to hear, disregard, be disobedient.

When concerned citizens come knocking or calling, the representative, feigning interest, promises to took into it, thanking the person for the tip.

3897 parakupto To stoop down near or by something, bend forward or near in order to look at something more closely. Metaphorically, meaning to look into, find out, know.

But ultimately, the objective is to stay in office, usurping the servant of the people role with bringing the people into servitude.

3880 paralambano To take near, with, or to oneself, to receive to oneself. (I) To take to oneself, seize or take into one's possession. (II) To receive with or to oneself what is given, imparted, delivered over, equal to take from another into one's own hands such as an office, dignity, ministry.

In reality, they are in bed with the mother of harlots, the great and abominable church, the whore of all the earth, that makes the merchants of the earth rich, even Babylon the great, who sits upon many waters, whose master is Satan, the dragon.

3881 paralego [sounds like 'paralegal'] <from para, near, and lego, in this instance meaning to lie> In the NT, to lie near or with someone.  As a nautical term, meaning to lay one's course near, sail nearby or along a place or coast.

The law of the sea, or maritime law, which governs commerce, is mingled with the law of the land, or the Constitution, turning the citizens into commodities, and their souls into bartering chips.

3882 paralios Near the sea, maritime.  Used also as a subst. meaning the sea coast, country or region being understood, the sea coast.

By their cajoling of the truth into a lie, they bring the admiralty law of the sea onto the land, changing the Constitution into a mere token to wave before the people, while they bit by bit destroy the foundations of freedom.

3883 parallage <from parallatto, to change alternately or in succession from one to another, which is from para, denoting transition, and iallattoor to change> Change, alteration, variableness, vicissitude.

How they do this so as to keep the populace uninformed is through a crafty use of words and terminology so that the public thinks one thing while the legal heads have in mind the twisted meanings they have woven.

3884 paralogizomai <from para, aside, implying error, hence, wrongly, and logizomai, to exercise one's reason.> To reason falsely or incorrectly.  In the NT, to deceive, to mislead, with the antecedent of person.
Syn. (538), to deceive; (1818), to deceive thoroughly; (1398), to ensnare; (4105), to lead astray or wander; (2585), to gain by dealing in something for sordid personal advantage; (1185), to catch by bait; (2603), beguile.
Ant. (226), to deal honestly, to be truthful or speak truthfully.

Then is it any wonder our nation is in the mess it is in?  The gridlock of endless laws one upon another is enough to paralyze even the most industrious when evoked at the whim of a master who wishes to bring one of his subjects into check.

3885 paralutikos <from paraluo, to paralyze.> Paralytic, palsied.  Both of these are used to designate the nervous affliction variously known as paralysis or palsy, the latter denoting loss of motor power in a muscle or set of muscles and being equivalent to motor paralysis.
Syn. (772), one lacking strength; (376), a handicapped person.
Ant. (5199), whole, healthy.

They can also cripple or greatly weaken their subject without necessarily bringing them all the way down.

3886 paraluo To loosen at or from the side, disjoin, relax. In the NT, to dissolve, meaning enfeeble.

And hence by intimidation they strike fear into any who dare defy their power, enabling them to remain in office.

3887 parameno To stay, remain nearby, abide.

Meanwhile, they continue to placate the general public so that the perception is held that all is well and the best good of the people is the only intent.

3888 paramutheomai <from para, to, and mutheomai, to speak, which is from muthos, a tale, myth, speech.> To speak kindly, soothingly, to comfort or pacify.

The current President of the United States is a master at telling the people what they want to hear -- to "feel their pain," and promise to bring changes.

3889 paramuthia Exhortation, encouragement. In the NT, consolation, comfort. Paramuthia expresses a greater degree of tenderness, at least by word of mouth, than paraklesis (3874), which carries a more general sense of helpfulness and comfort.

This now brings us to page 1111 of Zodhiates' New Testament lexicon.  Significant to note is that the White House Comment Line is 1-202-456-1111.

The first word on page 1111 is

3890 paramuthion <from paramutheomai, to comfort verbally>.  This neut. noun has nearly the same meaning as 3889.  They differ in that the neut. noun indicates the instrument used by the one who is comforting, and the fem. noun stresses the process or progress of the act.

That is quite a hit.  This next word is no less amazing in its applicability and specificity.

3891 paranomeo To act aside from the law, violate law, transgress. Used in an absolute sense.  The high priest who had Paul struck on the mouth during interrogation was accused by Paul of violating the law while pretending to administer the law.

Those who are supposed to be administering and upholding the law have become its worst violators.

3892 paranomia A transgression or an offense of the law.
Syn. (458), lawlessness; (266), sin; (93), unrighteousness, injustice, wrong; (3847), the act of transgression; (3876), disobedience; (3900), error; (2917), judgment; (2631), condemnation; (3783), fault, debt; (1462), crime; (4946), conspiracy.

Those who lodge complaints about these violations are portrayed as disloyal to the country, creating tremendous unrest both of the patriot as well as of the unruly master.

3893 parapikraino To provoke unto bitterness or anger, to exasperate, make bitter with or towards anyone, treat with bitterness.  In the NT, meaning to provoke [<<end of page 1111>>] God by disobedience.
Deriv. (3894), irritation, provocation.
Syn. (3947), literally to sharpen, metaphorically to rouse to anger, provoke; (2042), to excite, stir up; (3949), to provoke to wrath; (3849), to provoke to jealousy; (653), to cause someone to speak out; (4292), to call forth to a contest.

And hence the battle lines are drawn between the patriot and the conspirator, as tempers increase and patience dwindles.  The patriots stand in the way of the conspirator's plans for world domination -- something the patriots will not grant without a fight.

3894 parapikrasmos A bitter provocation, exasperation.

Presently, the conflict is confined mainly to words and not actual flare-ups of battle with munitions -- something for which both sides are preparing, as the schism between moral rectitude and lawlessness of the lawmakers widens; and the Constitution dangles as if it were by a frayed thread.

3895 parapipto To fall aside or away, err, stray, lapse.  Denoting a falling away, an abandonment.  Some have suggested that this word and its noun paraptoma ([3900], a lapse, error, wrongdoing) indicate errors of weakness, faults or accidents and do not represent deliberate, blameworthy or willful sin, contending that this would be expressed by parabaino (3845), to willfully transgress.  However, the usus loquendi of the words (verb and noun) yield no such meaning but in every case signify deliberate acts of sin.

The next four words all have the meaning of nearness or closeness, which calls to mind the brink on which we are standing, the precipice over which we could fall.

Then comes another word (3900) that means "fault, lapse, error, mistake, wrongdoing."  This is followed by a word that comments on how this error has come about.

3901 pararreo Figurateivly to slip away, suggesting a gradual and almost unnoticed movement past a certain point. Of a person, to move stealthily as a thief.  It is used figuratively of persons meaning to glide away, to swerve or deviate from something such as the truth, law, precepts.

This next word calls to mind the idea of the need to differentiate the truth.  What is our standard?  Are we going to follow the ship of maritime admiralty law, which treats us as commodities and slaves, or are we going to follow the banner of the Lord and the spirit of freedom?

3902 parasemos The sign or ensign of a ship by which it is distinguished from others.

As the issues become clearer and more obvious, we must ask ourselves, On whose side are we going to stand?  Now is the time to prepare for the battles ahead -- the valley of decision.

3903 paraskeuazo To make ready, to prepare food or something else.

3904 paraskeue Making ready, preparation. In the NT, used in reference to the day or hours spent in preparation for the Jewish Sabbath or festivals; on the eve of the Sabbath.  The same is also called prosabbaton, the day before the Sabbath.

Indeed, we are on the eve of the Millennial Sabbath in which Satan will have no more power over the hearts of the children of men.  But even as Friday and Saturday evenings in our culture is filled with drunkenness prior to the Sabbaths, whether observed on Saturday or Sunday, so also is this eve of the millennium associated with drunkenness and lawlessness.

Some say that "the Lord delayeth his coming," for how many times before have people thought his coming was nigh when nothing happened after all?

3905 parateino To stretch out near, by, or to; to extend near.  In the NT, used metaphorically, meaning to extend, prolong, continue with reference to time.
Ant. (4932), to cut short.

Indeed, perhaps the limited repentance of a significant core of people has forestalled the pending destructions; but come they will, and that in an instant suddenly.  Hence the need to ever be vigilant, lest one be caught unaware and his soul be lost.

3906 paratereo To watch closely, observe, as the gates of a city; to observe a person insitiously; to observe days scrupulously.
Deriv. (3907), attentive watching.
Syn. (3877), to attend to, follow near, watch; (991), look at; (2300), to look closely at, perceive; (2334), to behold intensely, consider, perceive, see; (3708), to attend to.
Ant. (272), to neglect; (3865), to overlook; (2967), to hinder, stop.

3907 parateresis Attentive watching.

The words continue on in a similar thematic fashion, but we will let this suffice for now.  I think of this scripture to recapitulate the above.

" And blessed are the Gentiles, they of whom the prophet has written; for behold, if it so be that they shall repent and fight not against Zion, and do not unite themselves to that great and abominable church, they shall be saved; for the Lord God will fulfil his covenants which he has made unto his children; and for this cause the prophet has written these things.
"Wherefore, they that fight against Zion and the covenant people of the Lord shall lick up the dust of their feet; and the people of the Lord shall not be ashamed. For the people of the Lord are they who wait for him; for they still wait for the coming of the Messiah." (2 Nephi 6:12,13.)

bullet Word 3864 in the Old Testament lexicon

James Strong, in his Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible gives the following for word 3864 of the Old Testament Hebrew:

3864 *"&- loo-bee
patrial from a name probably derived from an unused root meaning to thirst, i.e. a dry region; apparently a Libyan.

First, "a dry region," is a corollary to "maritime."  In our context, it calls to mind the law of the land, e.g. the Constitution, as opposed to the law of the sea, or maritime admiralty law.

Second, the transliteration of the Hebrew word "loobee/loobbee" is extremely close to the English word "lobby."  As the below treatise explains, the contextual etymology of the word "lobby" has to do with bringing tools and arguments of maritime commerce -- e.g. bribing for influence peddling -- into the legislative process for the law of the land.

Here is Strong's definition for the word previous.

3863 !&- loo; or
!- loo; or
&- loo A conditional particle; if; by implication (interj. as a wish) would that!:-- if (haply), paradventure, I pray thee, though, I would God (that).

Note that its connotation conveys the idea of beseeching or lobbying and the conditions ("if") or strings that so often are attached.  Gesenius adds the meaning of "concession."

The next word Strong lists along with a meaning or definition is

3865 %&- law-vaw To twine, i.e. (by impl.) to unite, to remain; also to borrow (as a form of obligation) or (caus.) to lend:--abide with, borrow (-er), cleave, join (self), lend(-er).

The word "twine" is the same as "string."  Notice the idea of obligation and borrowing and lending and thereby joining into a confederation or league with someone because of the obligation.

There is also a noteworthy play on words.  The Hebrew transliteration is "law-vaw."  Law, of course, is an obvious application here.  The Hebrew word vaw is very similar to the English vow, and means "covenant" or "contract."

And what is the effect of such debauchery?

3868 looz To turn aside, i.e. (lit.) to depart, (fig.) be perverse:--depart, froward, perverse (-ness).

There is an interesting play on words here too.  The Hebrew transliteration, "looz," sounds like the English "lose."  Everyone loses in such compromising of integrity.

These words fall on page 432 of Gesenius' Hebrew-Chaldee Lexicon to the Old Testament.  The number 432 conveys the idea of a count down or demise: 4 . 3 . 2 . 1.

bullet Word 1386 in the NT Lexicon

After finding such strong applications for words 3864 and the words around them, I thought next to try the first four digits of my voter ID number: 13864.

Word 1386 in the New Testament lexicon (Zodhiates) is

1386 *@84@H dolios Deceitful
Syn. (4108), a deceiver; (5423), mind deceiver; (3835), crafty; (5571), erroneous, false; (4550), corrupt.
Ant. (97), without guile; (185), sincere, harmless; (573), single, without duplicity, sincere; (18), benevolent; (4586), venerable, honest; (2158), comely, honorable; (1506), sincere.

Three times, in the antonym, the word sincere is used.  That is a synonym meaning of my name, Sterling.

In context of this voter ID thing, the idea is conveyed of a sincere citizen thinking he is doing his part and making a difference by voting but who is in reality being duped by a system of law that has grown full of corruption.

Good and well-intentioned men who run for office are by the gifts of lobbyists turned into cogs of the deception.

1387 dolio To lure as by bait, use deceit or guile to deceive.

1388 dolos Bait, metaphorically and generally fraud, guile, deceit.

1389 doloo To adulturate. Mixing human traditions with the pure word of the gospel.

1390 doma A gift.

Through such bribery, these once well-meaning individuals are either elevated to great prominence by their capitulation to the establishment, or they are marginalized if they hold to their conscience, loosing the support of the establishment and the ability to be re-elected.  Hence in general the political world and those who manipulate it for their gain is ripe for those seeking for great power -- the modern secret combinations spoken of in prophecy.

1391 doxa Glory.  Etymologically, the word primarily means thought or opinion, especially favorable human opinion, and thus in a secondary sense reputation, praise, honor (true and false), splendor, light, perfection, rewards (temporal and eternal).  Thus the doxa [glory] of man is human opinion and is shifty, uncertain, often based on error, and its pursuit for its own safety is unworthy. (I) Spoken of honor due or rendered, i.e., praise, applause. (II) In the NT, spoken also of that which excites admiration or to which honor is ascribed. (A) Of external conditions meaning dignity, splendor, gory.  Spoken of kings, regal magesty, splendor, pomp, magnificence; of the accompaniments of royalty, e.g., splendid apparel; of wealth, treasures.  By metonymy spoken in the pl. of persons in high honor, e.g., doxia, dignities, i.e., kings, princes, magistrates. (B) Of an external appearance as luster, brightness, dazzling light.

The next word means "to glorify."   The next word is a proper noun.  The two words mean "gift" and "giver."  Then some a series of words that have to do with servitude.  On the one hand there is the idea of the public servant, in which the elected official willfully serves the people, putting aside his own interests by which he might be compromised, and putting the good of the people foremost before him.   That is the ideal which has been shattered in this country for the most part -- turned on its head -- so that instead, the people have become the servants or slaves of their government masters.

1396 doulagogeo To bring into servitude or subjection.

1397 douleia Servidude, dependence, the state of a doulos or slave.  That state of man in which he is prevented from freely possessing and enjoying his life, a state opposed to liberty.

1398 douleuo To be in the position of a servant and act accordingly; to be subject and serve in subjection or bondage.

1399 doule A female servant, a handmaid.

1400 doulon A male bond servant.

1401 doulos A slave, one who is in a permanent relation of servitude to another, his will being altogether consumed in the will of the other. Generally one serving, bound to serve, in bondage. (I) A slave, servant, spoken of involuntary service, e.g., a slave as opposed to a free man. (II) Metaphorically spoken of voluntary service, a servant, implying obedience, devotion. (III) In the sense of minister, attendant, spoken of the officers of an oriental court.

Oh that the ideal of the public servant were upheld.  But, alas, they become the masters, and the courts, rather than protecting liberty become a primary instruments of relinquishing it.  They are the primary tools of the admiralty maritime law usurping the law of the land.  They are the masters of the doublespeak.  They are the lawyers who lay the destruction of the people.

1402 douloo To make a slave or servant, to subject, subjugate; to be subjugated, subdued; to be dependent.  it denotes not so much a relation of service as primarily one of dependence upon, or bondage to, something.

And thus do these conspirators get power and gain, so that they cause the merchants of the earth to rejoice in their plundering of mankind.

1403 doche A reception, entertainment, banguet.

" For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies." (Revelation 18:3.)

1404 drakon A dragon, a huge serpent.  In the NT, drakon is used only symbolically for Satan (Rev. 12:3, 4, 7, 9, 13, 16, 17; 13:2, 4, 11; 16:13; 20:2).

"And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?" (Revelation 13:4.)

1405 drassomai; drattomai To grasp with the hand, to seize, take.

"For thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived."  (Revelation 18:23.)

1406 drachme A drachma, i.e., something after which people grasped. A Greek coin of silver equal to a quarter of the Jewish sheckel, and to the Roman denarius or dinar which was the average pay for a twelve-hour work day.

"For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, and cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate."

1407 drepanon <from drepo, to pluck, crop, cut off.> A sickle, a reaping hook.

"And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle." (Rev. 14:14.)

bullet Page 1386 of Zodhiates' NT Dictionary

There are two words on page 1386 of Zodhiates' NT lexicon, the first spilling over from the previous page, and the second beginning on page 1386 and extending for two more pages.

The two words are:

5100 tis One, someone, a certain one. [page 1386>>] (II) Generally meaning someone, somebody, someone or other. (III) Emphatically meaning somebody, something, some person or thing of weight and importance, some great one.

5100 tis Who?, which?, or what?

Combined these two word definitions convey the idea of voting and elections in which process the question of who, which, or what some one or thing is determined.

bullet Page 1386 of Webster's III '61

On the middle of page 1386 of my huge Webster's III '61 dictionary is the entry:

martial law: 1. international law: the law based on necessity or policy that is applied to all persons and property in occupied territory during invasion or occupation and is executed by the military authority of a belligerent acting directly or through civil courts; esp: such law when it is in accord with the laws and usages of war; 2. Military rule exercised by a nation or state over its citizens or subjects in a situation where they are not legally enemies and when an emergency justifies such action.

Also on the page  is the word

martyr 1. one who voluntarily suffers death as the penalty of witnessing to and refusing to renounce his religion or a tenet, principle, or practice belonging to it; 2. one who sacrifices his life, station, or what is of great value for the sake of principle or to sustain a cause.

martyr 1. to put to death for adhering to a belief, faith, or profession (as Christianity): make a martyr of 2. to inflict agonizing pain upon; 3. to torture to death : kill by a cruel means; 4. to mutilate or disfigure with or as if with wounds.

This brings to mind Revelation 14:

"11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them."

Just three and four pages prior to this one are found in close vicinity the following key words:

maritime
maritime contract
: a contract directly relating to the navigation, business, or commerce of the sea and falling within the jurisdiction of the admiralty courts
mark
[e.g. of the beast]
market
[e.g. merchants of the earth]

And on the page following 1386 is the word "marxian, marxism, marxism-leninism, marxist."

But the first entry on that page is "marvel" followed by "marvelous," which brings to mind the idea of the great and marvelous work of the Lord, which in part entails the exposing, defeating, and casting out of Satan and his minions from the earth to give rise to the kingdom of God, no more to be confounded.

bullet 12864 Fraction: Word 2616 in the NT Lexicon

Next, I tried something I've never tried before.  It occurred to me that though the number 13864 is too large to look up in the lexicons, it could be divided into the total number of words and its remainder be looked up.

There are 5624 words in the NT lexicon.  The fraction 13864/5624 gives the sum of 2 with remainder of 2616.

Word 2616 in Greek, katadunasteuo, means "To tyrannize, oppress harshly."

It falls opposite page 828, which is the page number where the word "Father" appears in Webster's III' 61.  The words on that page describe the temporary victory and toppling of the tyranny by their own hands, which is part of the work of the Father in the latter-days in making bare his arm:

2608 katagnumi To break in two, break down.
Syn. (2806), to break in pieces; (4919), to crush in pieces.

This calls to mind the prophecy of the remnant of Jacob going through among the Gentiles like a lion among the beasts of the forest; as well as of the metaphorical "Assyrian" beast treading down all the earth.  It also calls to mind the scripture "on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder" when the Lord performs his marvelous work and the stone which the builders rejected becomes the headstone of their corner.

2609 katago (I) To bring down; (II) as a term of navigation it means to bring a vessel to land.

The tyranny that rose to power as the maritime law became the law of the land, will be brought down.

2610 katagonizomai To throw down, contend against, subdue.
Syn. (5293), to subdue or bring into subjection; (5328), to be victorious; (5245), to be more than a conqueror; (2729), to be strong against, prevail against.

Though the beast makes war with the saints and prevails for a season, it will be overthrown and cast out, as the saints prevail with God.

bullet On the Maritime Lobby Conspiracy

After the initial perusal of 13864 in Greek and Hebrew, in looking for supportive documentation, I found the following page by doing a search at www.google.com on the word combination: "maritime law conspiracy."  In a few brief paragraphs it unwittingly recapitulates what I discovered when looking up 13864 in the Bible lexicons.

The following excerpt is quoted from "The State of the Nation" by William Duby

Electoral College Subverted
Even though the framers went to great length to protect the State rights of the private citizens, and primarily the property rights of the "land owners and business people," they obviously didn't think about, or else overlooked, the fact that these "land owners and business interests" they counted upon as chosen members of the electoral college would rule with an "iron hand"-the same as the Parliament in Great Britain. Yet, that is exactly what did happen, because the "land owners and business interests" united with the English barristers (lawyers) and bankers.

The conspiracy to overthrow the intent of the framers of the U.S. Constitution began when the "land owners and business interests" became concerned with piracy on the high seas. The loss of their goods was devastating and something had to be done about it. At that time the "law of the land" (Constitutional law) and "law of the sea" (Maritime (Commercial) law) were at odds with one another. Just as the "land owners and business interests" became united into one alliance, they felt that U.S. Constitutional and Maritime law had to unite if they were to protect their goods on the land as well as on the high seas.

The pirates would wait until the ships left the shore before they stole the goods because here they were harder to catch, and they feared the "land owners and business interests" having the power to enforce the law. So, with this in mind, the "land owners and business interests" united in making certain that the members chosen to the electoral college would vote for the President they felt would protect their interests above and beyond the interests of the private citizen. Furthermore, they went as far as to ensure that the other members of their united force (cartel) were put into the elected offices of U.S. and State representatives by buying the votes of the private citizens

Today we call this habit lobbying, and running for office through the art of persuasion and compromise, deal making and pork barrel projects. In other words, the politicians are to tell the people what they want to hear and promise them everything, but the politicians must not vote against the concerns of "big business, banking and oil cartels."

By the late 1800's the "land owners and business interests" had united to such a degree that these "powers that be" had nearly subverted the original intent of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. If you read the sacred documents you can't help but realize they were written in plain English. In order to subvert the sacred documents the lawyers had to come into the power of the elected office, as State representatives and members of the judicial branch, where they could twist the meanings of the words as it applied to the rights and privileges of the private citizens.

This action distorted the spirit of the U.S. Constitution as intended by the framers, because they thought the "land owners and business interests" would keep in mind the inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for one and for all. As it turned out, they did the opposite. What they did was unite as a powerful family cartel that sought the Parliamentary rule, the same as did the Lords and Barons in England by the signing of the Magna Carta. And we wonder why the Office of the President is called the Imperial Presidency, and the U.S. Congress is called the Parliament or "Old Boys Club."

The U.S. Constitution was slowly but surely subverted by incorporating the tenets of Maritime law as though they were one and the same. Yet, the two purposes are as different as night and day, because Maritime law is commercial law for business concerns while Constitutional law is public law and concerned with the private rights of States and the private citizens of the States. And the way it was done was through "slick legislation." The legislators used what is termed "legalese" - a jargon of language used by the legal community that keeps the layman wondering what is truly being said in print

The incorporation of commercial law into the U.S. Constitution desecrated the Bill of Rights for all practical purposes in matters of jurisprudence because the private rights of the State citizens were subjugated to the commercial interest of business and banking cartels. The legalism of today invalidates the constitutional rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Commercial interests are a priority above and beyond the welfare of the least in the human community. Yet, it was Jesus who said that what is done to the least of them is done unto Him.

bullet Postscript Note from Blayne

Prior to making this study public, I mentioned briefly to the David's Outcasts e-mail group, and to Blayne specifically, what I was finding and that the completion of the study would be pending.  In response, Blayne wrote the following:

Very interesting, as the courts today most people think are bound by the constitution but are not because they are maritime administrative law courts. They are a foreign jurisdiction operating inside our borders and guilty of treason by so doing. But this sounds so outrageous to people that we could be duped so badly they won't even consider it a possibility much less do a little study on it. They enforce merchant admiralty or maritime law. That is why if you have ever been to court recently and tried to claim some constitutional right they feign that you have it but ignore actually giving you the benefit of it by some technicality of law that you don't understand any ways. They do throw a bone once and a while to keep the deception alive. This I why I say pleading the 5th won't matter. Truth is they are not bound by the constitution and they know it but they don't want people to know as it would destroy their craft. But it is the constitution that left the door open for all this extra constitutional stuff such as maritime law.

You are sold into this system on day one by the "birth certificate" A "birth" is a place where a ship is docked. So when your parents unwittingly signed the birth certificate they made you a commodity in merchant shipping. You are a vessel docked in their system so to speak. This is why in the past you have heard me say we have all already taken the mark of the beast. The computer implants etc. are just more efficient methods of inventorying their assets. The beast system was implemented along time ago very subtly. Now as they gain power they are getting more blatant about it. The adversary wasn't going to take any chances on implementing his system he can read the scriptures he knows its prophesied that he will loose in the end he means to prove that prophecy false. So has subtly implemented his system upon all of us without us knowing it. But the good news is we can repent since we were deceived. Any ways I got to rambling.  Keep up the good work on this.

bullet  Conclusions

Clearly, these correlations are strong enough to call foreordained and significant.  They very powerfully expose the perfidious conspiracy of those who have subverted the supreme law of the land, overthrowing the Constitution and replacing it with a tyrannous maritime jurisdiction, turning the inhabitants of the land into slaves and commodities for the merchants of the earth to manipulate for power and gain -- all while placating the citizens to think they are free and under the protection of a benign government that may be a tad cumbersome but certainly not predacious. The privilege of voting is viewed as the "hallmark of Democracy," even while the Marxists laugh at how correct Karl was in saying that the establishment of Democracy is the first step toward founding a communist state.  So long as the people have the perception that they are in charge, they will be willful slaves of the conniving wolves who devour their flesh.  Nevertheless, they will not forever prevail; and after God has used them to show his people the folly of their way in allowing such a secret combination to get above them, he will assist in seeing to their toppling to the dust.
