At the Veil of an Ancient Temple

Eagle, Fox, Bear, Deer/Elk

Introduction

On the morning of November 22, 1997, a group of about two dozen friends in Christ joined for a field trip/tour by Jerry Mower of an ancient temple site behind the LDS Manti temple as well as for a viewing later of the mile-and-a-half-wide eagle-shaped natural clearing that overlooks the Sanpete valley.

I had previously seen a couple of the writings at the site near the Manti temple two which are most clear and that is what I thought we were coming to see: a couple of petraglyphs.

As Jerry began giving us a brief sketch of the history of this valley, dating back to Adam and Eve's occupation of it, I quickly realized that there was much more here than I had ever supposed. An awe-filled wonder came over me similar to that which I felt when I visited the holy sites in Israel several years back.

Not only did Jerry show us the various artifacts engraved in the stone, but he also briefly explained according to the understanding given by virtue of a gift the Lord has given him to know what took place at each location. When he used the word "temple site," I envisioned relics of fallen pillars and intricate ornaments. I was pleasantly surprised to see, instead, that the temple utilized the natural formations in the rock, and very little else was done to alter the site. This was no monument to man's ostentation. Rather, it was integral to the earth and heaven, focused on the God who made them. It is a temple built "without hands" and remains largely intact these six millennia later.

When we arrived at what would parallel our "celestial" room, the final stage of the temple, I said a few words about the history of the Jerusalem temple. Solomon's temple (and Herod's) was built on a site called the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite. It was there that the Lord appeared to David when the humbled king plead to the Lord to spare the lives of his people. Against the express command of God, David had numbered his people (an act of pride and equating numbers with power, when with God, one person can produce a victorious majority), and the Lord had sent a plague that killed 70,000 of the elders of Israel in three days. I proposed that the prophesied restoration of the temple site in Jerusalem, when the Lord sets things in order the restitution of all things will not be a temple like Solomon's or Harod's, but will be returned to a simple threshing floor of wheat, similar to this simple yet glorious temple site we were now beholding. The buildings, with all their splendor, were given to the people because of their blindness and pride. When the Lord's people's pride is replaced by humility, so will there come an appreciation of the simple beauty of mother earth.

At this point, Carl Waln, a Native American leader of tremendous significance then asked if he could have a few minutes. He had us all stand behind what was the "veil" location. He had just found a white eagle feather on the ground. Everyone else had walked past it, but he immediately saw it and recognized its significance. Each eagle only has two such feathers. He had us first stand facing the West as he raised the feather to the heavens and offered a prayer in Souix, invoking the favor of God to recognize we who sought to keep covenant with him. As he prayed, he signaled with his free left hand for us to look, for there was an eagle soaring over the Manti temple. It was his own personal eagle that shows up at significant times as a sign of God's favor.

Then we turned to the North as he continued his prayer. Randy K. saw a red fox, but the rest of us did not, for a Juniper tree was in our way. The Juniper tree is a symbol of the north.

Next we faced the East, where Carl had seen a bear. Aonika also saw the bear.

To the South across the ravine was a herd six or seven deer and elk too. I did not see the elk, but others did.

The most notable thing for me was the way I felt as Carl prayed. The Spirit of the Lord was upon me as I felt the desires of my heart ascending up to God. My soul rejoiced.

In retrospect, I would say that what took place amounted to an actual temple veil prayer. A rededication to the Lord of ourselves, and of the ground upon which we stood.

Jack Stockwell, on Carls request, videotaped the event for documentation.

In conversation with Ron and Aonika the next day, Aonika suggested that I look up the names of the animals that appeared.

It turns out that the definitions surrounding the words, eagle, fox, bear, deer, and elk, can be used to tell the story of what transpired on November 22, 1997. Even the definitions for word numbers 1122 (11/22) and 2211 (11th of Nov.) in the Greek and Hebrew lexicons find astonishing application. This write-up is mainly for the benefit of those who were present that day: to provide yet another witness, to remind us of the significance of that event, and to inspire us to go forward in faith in the path the Lord will continue to unfold before us.

Don't expect to be able to read through this quickly, exerting only slight concentration. You will need to be willing to take time to reflect in the Spirit in order to appreciate what has been hidden in plain sight in the words. Reading the whole thing through within a few hours would be recommended as well, so that you can more readily notice the relationship between the different words, and the repeated witnesses from one set to the next.

A bibliography is listed at the end. The following definitions come directly from these widely available sources. Editorial comments are enclosed in [small brackets].

Eagle, Fox, Bear, Deer/Elk in English

ear, A spike or head of corn or grain. ...early, In advance of something else as regards time; sooner than ordinary; in good season. [(1) This event was preparatory. There will yet be other outpourings of even greater magnificent. (2) Carl knew that something like this was to happen that day, but was surprised at how early it came.]

Words Around Fox in English [and their Application]

found, pret. & pp. of find. [(1) Seek and ye shall find. (2) In his introduction, Jerry emphasized to us all the importance of establishing a relationship with the Lord, independent on reliance on any person that he expected that we would not take his word for anything, but that we would seek to obtain our own witness. This discovery is part of my witness and can serve as a witness to any who have eyes to see.]

found, To lay the basis of anything; to establish. [Adam & Eve (and others such as Noah), who used this temple site.]

(2) As a separate witness, the vehicle I drove that day was our Toyota 4-Runner, which just happened to turn over 110000.0 precisely at the "25000 North" sign which flanks the south end of our Fountain Green property. Ron, Aonika and Dean W. all witnessed this as we embarked to meet everyone.]

fracas, An uproar, a noisy quarrel; a disturbance. [Carl had not seen the fox, but he noted the Juniper tree, and said that it represented the North, and it also represented a sort of veil to shield the worldliness otherwise visible to the North.]

fraction, A fragment; a portion; a very small part. [(1) With natural and man-made erosion, many of the original rocks had fallen into the ravine. (2) The sample of understanding given us in this tour of the ancient temple rites is but a small portion of what is there. (3) This temple site is but a fraction of the hundreds of historical ancient sites in the valley.]

Words Around Bear in English [and their Application]

beacon, An object visible to some distance, and serving to denote the presence of danger, as a light or signal shown to signify the approach of an enemy. [Though large and visible from a distance, the bear is rarely seen for its avoidance of human contact. The bear is often used to symbolize dreadful power. We live in a day when the unleashing of such powers if imminent.]

[(1) The essence of Carl's prayer: offering ourselves up before the Lord to be his servants. (2) On holy land, consecrated by ancient founders. (3) Under sacred circumstances, signaling God's acceptance of our offering.]

deduce, To draw, bring out, or infer in reasoning; to attain or arrive at (a truth, opinion), from premises; to infer from what precedes. [Because of a gift and calling from God, Jerry Mower has been roaming these hills and visiting these sacred sites for several decades, and has been given to know, line upon line, as he has inquired of the Lord, what the various marks represent, what transpired at the various locations.]

deed, That which is done or performed. [The actions performed in the rites of passage are to become manifest in the manner of person we become, manifest in the deeds that thus flow from us.] An exploit; achievement; law, a writing containing some contract or agreement, and the evidence of its execution. deep, Extending or being far below the surface; descending far downward; profound. [(1) Sacred records and valuable assets buried securely nearby, directions to them being found in some of the engravings. (2) Just as the deer has much more to it than meets the carnal eye. There is a sacred record contained in the intelligence memory of these creatures we deem simple.]

POINTER.gif (272 bytes)  deer

deface, To destroy or mar the face or surface of; to inure the beauty of; to disfigure; to erase or obliterate. [Man has treated his fellow creatures, especially the deer, the same way he has treated this sacred temple site, marring its surfaces, defacing sacred writings, obliterating various segments of the record held in reserve from ancient times. Reverence is usurped by rudeness and mindless recklessness. The southern bluff of the temple site has received the worst abuse.]

de facto, In fact; actually existing. [Seeing deer is not rare in this region, nor are eagles scarce, but the fox is a rarity, and the bear well I personally do not recall having ever seen a bear around here. But these animals were in fact present, all at the same time, at the four cardinal points.]

defalcate, To take away or deduct, as money. [The vast gold stores in the valley are stored away for a specific purpose and a specific time, whose purpose is holy and consecrated to the Lord. To contemplate taking these things away for other, unholy purposes would be to deduct from the righteousness of God; and this is no light offense.]

defame, To slander; to speak evil of; to calumniate; to libel; to bring into disrepute. [Those who have a holy curiosity in these artifacts and their purpose are at present treated as apostates, when in reality they are the chosen ones of God who will bring forth Zion. They are the remnant, who are the "new wine" of the Lord, who do not fit in the old bottles about to burst.]

default, A failing or failure; an omission of that which ought to be done. [(1) Meanwhile, those who have been appointed, the husbandmen, the watchmen, are asleep, neglecting their duty, having chosen to not build the tower but to give their money to the international banker exchangers, to become part of Satan's New World Order. (2) The mountain overlooking Sanpete valley, on which the 1 ½ - mile wide eagle shape is found, is owned by the temple president of the Manti temple, and it took a great deal of urging by Jerry to keep him from defacing various of the sacred ancient artifacts found thereon. The temple president, for the sake of paltry profit, was despoiling the land containing inestimable temple value.]

defeasance, A rendering null and void. [Hence the kingdom shall be taken from them and given to a nation/people bringing forth the fruits thereof. (3 Ne. 16; Matt. 21, etc)]

defeat, An overthrow. [I will overturn, overturn, overturn, till he comes whose right it is. (Ezk 21)]

[(1) Several of the group were excommunicated Mormons, most of the others are not far from it because their beliefs are viewed as "apostate." (2) He is despised and rejected of men (Isa. 53).]

Again in contrast

elite, Those who are choice or select. [the elect of God.]

elixir, A liquor sought for by the alchemists for transmuting metals into gold or prolonging life; quintessence. [According the Jerry, the refined gold from the temple purification process was actually drunk and afforded another 100 years of life to the purified individual.]

Words Before & After #1122 (11/22/97) in Heb. & Gr. Lexicons

NOTE: The number 111 is the number of God. For example, The numerical equivalents of the Hebrew word Aleph total 111. (: 1) + (: 30) + (: 80) = 111. (S.D.A.)

Also, the following phrases in Greek have the value as indicated: Word = 111 X 2; The word = 111 X 4; Lord Jesus = 111 X 11; Way, truth, life = 111 X 11; The king is the name of the Lord = 111 X 22; Morning star = 111 X 22; Bright morning star = 111 X 22; Advocate with the Father = 111 X 33; The alpha and the omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end =111 X 55. (Theomatics, pp. 65-86.)

In Hebrew:

1110 To make empty, void. [Our own nothingness recognized and brought to the alter with broken heart & contrite spirit is the sufficient sacrifice to God and the necessary requisite to godhood. God is God because he(&she) recognizes his(&her) own nothingness perfectly and hence has all power, for all the elements of creation honor him(&her).]

1111 Empty, void. [See #1111Gr below]

1112-3 Belshazzar [Story of Belshazzar is on p. 1111 of the LDS O.T. (Daniel)]

In contrast to:

1114 Eloquent [eloquent is next to Elohim in English alphabetical listings.]

Again in contrast to:

unused root (u.r.) Nothing, or bringing to nothing. [Such immediate juxtapositioning of words synonymous for God and words having the meaning of nothingness is a common occurrence in these word studies.]

1115 Without, besides, except; "besides me [there is no God]"

1116 (1) A high place, a height, a general word including mountains and hills; (2) fortress, castle, built upon a mountain; (3) The ancient Hebrews (when they fell into idolatry [not necessarily]), like many other ancient nations, regarded sacred rites performed on mountains and hills as most acceptable to the gods. they erected there santuaries or chapels.

1120 High places [of worship].

1121 A son. Use of the king's son (the son of God really) (3) applied to a subject, rendering obedience to a king or lord, as to a father; (4) a disciple; (7) denoting virtue, vice [depicted in the writings]; (8) sons of God (a) angels, (b) kings, (c) men who piously worship God; (10) son of a tree appears to be poetically used for sucker, offshoot ["apostates"]. Gen. 49:22, "Joseph (is) the son of a fruitbearing (tree)."

POINTER.gif (272 bytes)  1122 Ben. [The rites of temple worship pertain to the sons of God who emulate his ways and seek for his fulness.]

1123 Those who go into exile, those who leave their country. [(1) Adam and Eve apparently came into this valley because of the rebellion of their children in the valley northward. (2) Likewise, many today have relocated to this valley and surrounding areas to be away from areas of great wickedness and pending destruction.]

1124 To build [The ancient temple behind the LDS Manti temple was not built by man's hands, but without hands, by the hand of the Lord through nature]

1125-28 ...- Son of ...

1129-1148 , .. To build, to erect, as a house, a temple

In Greek:

1110 gnostos Known [Objective of the temple: to know God]

1111-1113 gogguso. To murmur, mutter, with the idea of complaint [opposite of a broken heart and contrite spirit]. Ant. (3106), to declare as blessed or having been indwelt by God and thus fully satisfied. [Bapt. of fire that comes to one of a broken heart & contrite spirit.]

1114 goes A conjurer, and enchanter. Plato mentions goes in company with pharmakeus (5332) which work is akin to pharmacist or druggist, meaning an enchanter with drugs, and sophistes, a cunning cheat. in the NT, by implication goes is a deceiver, and impostor. [(1) Christ accused of being g. (2) False temple worship, focusing on form rather than substance amounts to g.]

1115 Golgotha Place where Jesus was crucified. [This rock outcropping north of the temple is contiguous with the bedrock on which the temple was built, at which site synchronous with Christ's crucifixion, the sacrificial Passover lamb was being offered, hence epitomizing the defilement of the temple. Instead of celebrating the presence of God in the temple, God was crucified, just as the Mosaic form predicted.]

1116 Gomorrah Meaning submersion. [Latter-day geographical parallel: Wasatch front and Lake Boneville-part-II, reaching even "to the hiding place" in the abomination that maketh desolate sitting in the modern temple (Isa. 28, 66, II Thes. 2, etc).]

1117 gomos (from gemo, 1073, to be full) [(1) When the cup of iniquity is full; (2) the valley shall be filled.]

1120 gonupeteo To fall down on the knees or kneel before another in supplication.

1121 gramma That which is written, a letter of the alphabet, a book, letter, bond. NT meanings: a letter or character of literal writing. [(1) The writings engraved in stone at the ancient temple site in Manti. (2) The words of language passed down and the testimony they form when considered in alphabetical sequence in dictionaries or lexicons, such as is illustrated here.]

POINTER.gif (272 bytes)  1122 grammateus (from grapho, 1125, to write [see below]) A scribe or writer. In the Sept. grammateus is frequently used for a political officer who assisted kings or magistrates by keeping written accounts of public acts and occurrences or royal revenues. Used for one skilled in the Mosaic Law and commonly used in the same sense in the NT, especially for those who sat in Moses' seat, explaining the law in the schools and synagogues. [On 11/22/97 a group of friends in Christ assembled to have Jerry Mower take us on a field trip to see the ancient, sacred engravings in stone near the Manti temple (and to see the eagle-shaped clearing on the mountain) and to return to his home to see other sacred writings and consider their interpretation.]

1123 graptos Written, inscribed.

1124 graphe used in the pl. in the NT for the Holy Scriptures.

1125 grapho To engrave, write. The ancient Greeks equated grapho with xeo, to carve. They carved figures with meaning on wooden tablets. The Septuagint several times applies the word in the sense of engraving, carving, or cutting out. (I) To form letters with a stylus so that the letters were cut in or engraved on material such as the ground as in the case of Jesus. (V) To inscribe. [A very concrete, corporeal, (left-brained) unalterable way of recording or telling.]

In comparison to:

1126 graodes Of or belonging to old women (1 Tim. 4:7) meaning silly, e.g., old wives' tales. [Extreme right-brained, intuitive, with minute reliance on logic. The women who reported Christ's resurrection were accused of such nonsense.]

Hence:

1127 gregoreso (from egeiro, 1453, to arise, arouse) To watch, to refrain from sleep. [The people of the Lord are they who wait for him, for they still wait for the coming of the Messiah. This watching needs to utilize both the left-brained, logical reasoning of the head as well as the right-brained intuitive-revelatory spheres of the heart. Combined, these male and female energies will supply the person with the necessary oil in their lamps so as to not be surprised and left unprepared when the bridegroom comes.]

2213 Border, edge [the temple site is located on the edge of a small cliff, perhaps signifying that precariousness of walking in God's ways, for straight is the gate and narrow the way], wreathed work, crown. [on the walk up to the site, Carl placed a piece of sage behind his ear and placed one behind my ear and another person's, telling me it had something to do with spiritual protection as well as signifying a crown a very earth-friendly and non ostentatious one to be sure.] around the ark of the covenant [in the temple].

2214 Loathing [incompatibility of God's ways and man's ways]

2215 To make narrow [narrow is the way, few there be that enter; those who enter not go in the broad roads where they will perish]; to perish, to be dissipated. [In conjunction with the next word, perhaps signifies the pending downfall of Babylon and all who belong to it.]

2215 zizanion Darnel, tares. [Those who do not seek; opp. wheat, the remnant of the Lord.]

2216 Zorobabel "begotten in Babylon" [must be transformed by the Lord through the mighty change or they cannot have part in Zion]

Intermediate Comment

There is another occurrence of bear in the Hebrew lexicon in reference to the constellation of the bear (#5906). Note the repetition of some of the same definitions above.

Look also for a very definite play on the word bear:

bare, bore, bear, to bear, and bier

as well as on the Hebrew counterpart:

, , , and (all pronounced, ish)

which result to prove (one of many such testimonies) the corollary connection between

woman :: fire(H.G.) :: gold

which correlates with one of Jerry's very significant points about the relationship between the Holy Ghost and Heavenly Mother.

We will begin this segment considering a word that is quite a ways before the word for the constellation of the bear. The second word, , happens to be the spelling of the sixteenths letter of the Hebrew alphabet: , which has the Rabbinical meaning of "the broken heart, contrite spirit; acknowledging one's reliance upon the Lord with upraised hands." With this in mind, the definitions for the words with this spelling take on greater relevance, inasmuch as the baptism of fire and of the Holy Ghost comes contingent upon a broken heart and contrite spirit.

Words Surrounding Another Occurrence of Bear in Hebrew

5868 To frighten; "in the terror of this wrath;" "with his terrible wind." [When the Lord makes bare his arm, many are brought to their knees before the Lord.]

5869(a) To flow out, as water, tears. [Sackcloth and ashes, crying mightily to the Lord.]

5869 (1) And eye; (2) face, visage; (3) a fountain. [Any commentary here would diminish from the numerous important meanings and associations.]

Words 5870-5881 are variations of the word, , fountain/eyes

5888-91 To languish, to faint. [(1) compare above: "#1727 To languish" just after Gesenius' insertion of "see 1677 A bear." (2) Word #888 (888 = the theomatic sum of the word, : Jesus) in the Greek lexicon means "One set aside as no longer useful," signifying the rejection of the Lord by his own.]

At this point, showing the insertion point of an alternate spelling of an earlier entry, Gesenius inserts

see 5782 To be hot, ardent [earnest]; (1) to an ardent rapid course; (2) the heat of anger; (3) the heat of mind, terror. [(1) word #5782 happens to be 2/3 of the total number of words in the lexicon (8674). On the page where it is spelled are the following definitions:

5786-7 To blind, make blind; metaphorically used of men who walk in the darkness of ignorance.

In contrast to:

5782 Ardent, hence to be alert, watchful (1) to wake, to be awake, keeping watch {with a play on words, could be pronounced, ear: he that hath an ear, let him hear!}; [2] to arise; e.g. to arouse a serpent {variant spelling for "Messiah" (4377) = ½ x 8674}, and call forth from his hiding place; [3] to rouse up one's strength; [4] to incite, provoke, "as the eagle stirs up her nest" (i.e. her young ones, to fly); [5] to rejoice, to be glad.; used of one who is cheerful {1/8 x 8674 (total) = #1084, which means, "cheerfulness"}.

5783 To be naked {(1) e.g. bare: compare 5903 below; (2) naked before the Lord, acknowledging one's own nothingness.}

u.r. To dig, to bore; whence a cavern {(1) such as a bear bore; (2) dig deep, build foundation on rock; (3) records and other foreordained treasures buried deep.}

5784 Chaff. {(1) compare above "#2215Gr zizanion Tares" (2) analogous to purging out dross}

5785 (1) The skin of a man; poetically used of the body, the life; "skin for skin." (2) the hide of animals; leather. {(1) Their skin, our skin; we are connected, we do not exploit them. (2) part of our broken heart needs to include remorse over an awakening as to how we have treated our fellow creatures.}

5892 A city, a town. This word also included...small fortified places, as towers, watch-towers. [D&C 101 parable of the vineyard: "We have no need of a tower, let us give our money to the exchangers {i.e. international bankers and international trade}."]

Gesenius next lists:

5898 "City of salt" [e.g. Salt Lake City]

Followed by:

5904 "City of serpents"

Then a couple more words down:

5893 (2) anger; (3) fear [compare above "#1670-1674 - fear," before "1677 A bear."]

5894 A guard, a watcher, a name of angels in the later Hebrew, from their guarding the souls of men. [... who watch for the signs of my coming (including noticing when the Lord sends animals to witness important events) shall not be cut off.]

Words 5896 - 5905 (except 5903) are names of various cities.

5903 Naked [(1) bare; (2) e.g. the Lord shall make bare his arm.].

POINTER.gif (272 bytes)  5906 The constellation of the bear.

Gesenius next lists:

see 5857 pr.n. see "a heap of ruins" [...which is where we were standing when the bear was seen; except that the remains of this ancient temple site are still largely in tact after thousands of years, for it was formed of the earth, compared to the heap of ruins that will scatter the earth after the coming day of tribulation, bringing the works of man's hands which they worship to an end. The most significant deterioration of this millennia-old temple site has transpired in the past couple of decades because of mindless vandalism. Word 5856 means, "to overturn, to destroy," which is what is going to happen to Babylon.]

u.r. Agility, alacrity; hence the quadrilaterals [e.g. the legs that bear the bear].

5907 "Mouse" [?]

5908 A spider; (from) to weave; and agile, swift. [(1) Compare above "#1725 , to be borne {bear} swiftly" followed by Gesenius' insertion two words later: "See 1677 A bear." (2) Back at Jerry Mower's place, Aonika engaged Carl in a discussion about the signification of spiders in Indian lore. (3) This present study of looking at words illustrates the intricacy with which the omniscient Lord has woven hidden meanings into our very language.]

Next to #5906 Gesenius notes, "see also on p. 659."

Words Surrounding A Secondary Occurrence of Bear in Hebrew

6218, 6224, 6235, 6237 ... [all have to do with] Ten, tenth.

6240 Used only in numbers compounded with ten, as eleven.

6242 Twenty, twentieth. [10/20 :: 11/22, e.g. 11/22/97.]

Then Gesenius inserts:

POINTER.gif (272 bytes)  5906 A very bright northern constellation, Ursa Major. It appears to be the same as [5906], where her sons are the three stars in the tail of the bear. deos not properly signify a bear, but by aphaeresis [look it up] it stands for , i.e. a bier (from the root to bear).

Then two words later:

6219 (from the root [=6247]) fabricated, wrought

and

6247,8 (1) something fabricated, workmanship [e.g. the magnificent buildings or temples built by man.] (2) thought, opinion.

6249 (3) denotes Eleven, eleventh. [11/22/97] Simonis thus explains this, "more thoughts than ten," i.e. a number to be conceived in thought, or in the mind, which the preceding numbers have been counted on the fingers. [In other words, numbers up to ten can be counted with hands, but eleven is "without hands," hence serving here as a metaphor for the great and marvelous work of the Father as he sets his hand again the second time.]

Further emphasizing an intentional play on words, the derivative of the word listed two words later has a pronunciation identical to its meaning in English:

6253 (Ashtoreth) ...is the same as the...proper name [pronounced, "a star"] star; specially the plant Venus, the goddess of love and fortune. [Having been given a gift from the Lord to see unusual word connections, I can relate well to this one in particular not for its pagan roots, but for its encoded symbolism, emphasized by this unusual feature of having the Hebrew pronunciation and meaning be the same as the English pronunciation and meaning. My first name, sterling, "probably (derives) from Anglo Saxon steorra, a star, because some early coins of exceptional purity were stamped with a star" (Webster's 1971 {see play on word "Webster"}). My middle name, David, means "beloved." For what it is worth, I was there with this group on 11/22, when the Bear and other animals showed up during Carl's prayer at the veil.]

Using Aphaeresis: Meanings of other spellings of the word for bear

Taking this alternate spelling technique, illustrated in the above listing of words as something employed by the Lord, let us now look at alternate spellings for the word , the Hebrew spelling of bear. We have already seen that and are two spellings that relate to the constellation of the Bear. The spelling, , is not a word in the Bible, but its insertion point in the Lexicon comes on page 370, which is one of several pages that are parallel to the same page numbers of the (1971) Webster's dictionary, and Zodhiates New Testament Complete Word Study Distionary (Greek lexicon). This discovery, based on a study of the code words "gold" and "silver" (code for female and male, but more specifically for Heavenly Mother and God the Father) has already been written up, showing a strong connection between the operation of Heavenly Mother and the Holy Ghost. The first definition on p. 370 of the Hebrew is

3422 Yellowness (denotes gold).

The other spelling of ish, , contains several meanings, all of which lend support to the above premise:

784 Fire (1) the fire of God, used of lightnings; also, figuratively used of the anger and wrath of God; also applied to internal ardour of mind. (2) any destruction; (4) heat of the sun; (5) splendour, brightness.

786 Is, are; whence I am. [I am that I am.]

787 Foundations. [The only sure foundation.]

Also of interest in this vicinity:

u.r. To mingle, to think. [Compare above: "#6248 thought, opinion" following the second "5906 bear...constellation" entry.]

788 "opinion of God."

And a little further along, from this same root:

800 Fire

801 A sacrifice. [(1) Broken heart & contrite spirit on alter before God brings baptism of fire. (2) 801 = Area code of Wasatch Front Utah, who were set by the Lord to be the light to the world and the saviors of men, but who have become as salt that has lost its savor, and will be cast out and trodden under feet, though a remnant will be delivered upon conditions of utter humility before the Lord.]

802 Woman

803 (1) Support, column; prop, sustain; (2) heal, solace.

From Ursine (Bear) to Utah to Utopia in the English Dictionary

Not being sure whether Ursa Major is directly connected to the bear (an illustration of my lack of interest in astrology), I pulled out my pocket dictionary and observed that Utah is on the same page, and that the words around Utah are very applicable and sobering so far as they accurately reflect the current state of affairs as well as future developments that will result from those conditions. Indeed, the words seem to follow nearly chronological prophetic sequence, showing cause, effect, both for evil and for good.

The entries marked with an asterisk(*) come from 1971 Webster's. All others come from 1984 Webster's II.

Words Around Bear in Greek

These words seem to apply to the general circumstances relating to the people involved, but not so much as some of the previous word sets so far as depicting the specific event that took place Saturday at the veil site of the ancient temple, when the animals showed up.

712 ariston Among the Jews it was a meal corresponding sometimes to our breakfast and sometimes to our lunch. [On the morning of 11/22, Aonika, Ron, and Dean had breakfast with me before we headed out together to join the rest of the group at Jerry's.]

713 arketos Sufficient, enough; indicates that to be personally content is helpful to others, and furthermore, when one helps others he senses his own sufficiency. [This may seem mundane, but I was very self-conscious about the scrambled tofu breakfast I cooked that morning, worried that the taste was lacking. I should know better than to have worried about this. My efforts were genuine and the hospitality was the most important ingredient. So it is with life in general, it is not always the particulars that are important, but the relationships that are nourished in the process.]

714 arkeo To suffice, satisfy, and by implication to be strong and able to assist someone. Deriv. (842), self-sufficient, content. [(1) O.T.I.O., the Native American foundation Carl is spearheading, aims to facilitate the acquiring of self-sufficiency by the Indian nations. (2) The signs witnesses by our group were ample to stir within us an increased determination to serve the Lord, providing increased accountability as well, knowing that the Lord will provide us with the means wherewith to accomplish what he would have us do.]

POINTER.gif (272 bytes)  715 arktos, arkos A bear.

716 harma A chariot or vehicle. [(1) We used four four-wheel drive vehicles to transport our group to the temple site and then up to the mountain. (2) A couple of days prior, I lent Carl my own car to use as he needs.]

717 Armageddon (from Heb. har, a mountain and Megiddo, crowds of people) [(1) In general, it is out of awareness of such pending events as those that will transpire at Armageddon, that groups such as the one that assembled Saturday are largely inspired. (2) When we drove our four-wheel drive vehicles up the mountain to overlook the mountain with the eagle shaped clearing, Jerry commented that this was the first time he has taken a larger group of people to this mountain.]

718 harmozo To adjust, fitly join; a father's betrothing his daughter to a man to join in wedlock; to contract, marry, espouse, or betroth. [(1) Isn't it amusing that a word for the most ferocious battle of history is right next to a word for marriage! (2) The marriage of the Lord provides a large theme in scripture, signifying the purified church/bride coming together with the Messiah for the millennial reign.]
