APPENDIX: Other Miscellaneous Code Finds

There is a lot more on the page that I could mention with each of these reports, and other correlations that are fitting that could be included as well, but for the sake of at least some brevity, I have left these out.

Here are a few additional finds that are noteworthy.

Chapter 595 of the Bible

The 595th chapter of the Bible is Psalm 117, which at two verses only, also happens to be the shortest chapter in all the Bible.  It also falls at the very center of the Bible.

Recall that word 4275 in the OT lexicon (4275 in NT lexicon is the insertion point of proedros "president" in Greek) means "half."

In April 22, 2001, I did a write-up called Center of the Bible -- an Alphabetics Endorsement, noting that Psalm 119, which follows two chapters after Psalm 117, is the very longest chapter of the Bible, and is further unique of all chapters in that it contains every letter of the Hebrew Alphabet as subheadings from beginning to end of the chapter -- Alphabetics.  On April 6, 1993, I unfolded the Chiastic arrangement of Psalms 118 -- long before I knew this chapter was in the vicinity of the center of the Bible.

Pages 202 & 595 of the LDS Bible

Page 595 (page where word for "president" inserts in OT lexicon...) of the current LDS publication of the King James Bible contains 2 Chronicles 7:1 - 16.  I've heard verse 14 is quoted by religious and even not-so-religious candidates:

"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

The first verse of the chapter, which begins the page, is the archetypal Old Testament manifestation of a foreshadowing of the baptism of fire, which was made possible by Christ's coming to the earth.

"Now when Solomon had made and end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lord filled the house."

A collective broken heart and contrite spirit is what our country needs; and it will be answered by a collective transformation and indwelling of the presence of God.

Both of these passages fit the theme presented above very tightly, providing yet another witness to the message presented.

Page 202 of the Bible spans Numbers 6:11b - 7:1, and includes these verses which in our application look to a time when the people acknowledge God as their head:

"The Lord bless thee, and keep thee:
"The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee;
"The Lord lift his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
"And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them." (6:24-27.)

It also talks of the tabernacle (capital) being anointed (christos) and sanctified.

Page 202 of Thayer's NT Lexicon

I have another lexicon of the New Testament, compiled by Thayer.  Page 202 (U.S. Capital area code) contains words 1639 through 1651, which include the following meanings:

- less, inferior
- smallest, least
- less than the least, lower than the lowest
- correction, reproof, censure
- refutation, rebuke
- a proof, that by which a thing is proved or tested

This ties to the idea of the low being raised up, of the corruption being made known, and the evidences being given.

Page 595 of Thayer's NT Lexicon

Page 595 in Thayers contains words 4813 through 4822 which include the following germane meanings:

- to seize for one's self
- to come together, meet; to walk with the feet near together
- to bring together accounts, reckon up, compute
- to consider, ponder
- to reign together

A concept is conveyed here that I've not yet addressed in this report -- the idea of unity among the third parties, rallying behind a common candidate.  The second definition above (word 4819) and the last (word 4822) address this.

Pages 202 & 595 in BofM / D&C

The LDS Book of Mormon only goes to page 531, followed by appendix pages, ending at page 544.  So page 595 would extend into page 51 of the Doctrine and Covenants (LDS 'quad').  This is D&C 29:16-28, which is a description of the latter-day calamities and destructions upon the wicked.

Page 202 in the Book of Mormon covers Mosiah 27:33 - 28:6, which is the account of the sons of Mosiah who had been changed by God, wishing to go forward to preach to their enemies, "the very vilest of sinners," so they might also receive the mighty change of heart.  It includes the important religiou-political prophecy:

"And how blessed are they! For they did publish peace; they did publish good tidings of good; and they did declare unto the people that the Lord reigneth." (27:37.)

Pages 202 & 595 in 8-Bible Translation

Page 595 of my Eight Translation New Testament covers Luke 21:13 - 24, which is also describing destructions.

It includes the following more relevant phrases applicable to what we saw in the report above:

- bringing you before kings and governors
- those who are pregnant

Page 202 covers Matt. 26:8-17, which includes the betrayal of Christ by Judas.
